    We knew soon after the trade was announced that he requested a trade and Paul George isn't at Harden's level. I think what I'm looking for is superstar players that were traded without a public trade request.

    Give me examples. My point is to show that teams almost have to let fans know that their star asked them to trade him because fans would need to know why. So for James Harden to be upset because the team leaked his trade request doesn't make sense because the trade request is the prerequisite to a superstar being traded.

    That's even true in soccer. Throughout NBA history this has been true. I bet it's normal for the public to know a high level player wants to be traded in all other sports. This even benefits the player because the trade would happen quicker but he will have to take the public hit.

    Yeah, nicest guy who throws ball at teammates and barks aggressively at teammates.

    Dwert was a good Christian before he entered the NBA.

    You do not come out a good guy in the NBA grind, hopefully a mature guy.

    I don't think there's much truth to be taken from that account even if it is a Harden spin account. The fact that it is straight up lying about Harden pushing CP3 out pretty much confirms that.

    I honestly wouldn't be surprised if Tilman has been feeding media his own narrative about the Chris Paul and Russ situations once Morey was gone. He's in the entertainment business and cares a lot more about his public image

    There was an article/insider that said harden led a call with Westbrook and Tilman, where he got Tilman to apologize. This was before the Westbrook trade

    wonder what the relationship between harden and Tilman is now ?

    Obviously not Harden’s mom and they even provided text messages proving they weren’t...plus they only tweet information that’s already known or speculated by others already

    So the reason Harden wants to be traded is because he’s mad that the owner leaked that Harden asked to be traded.
