I believe so. But I'm also extremely bullish on the Harden-Embiid pairing. Would easily be the best player and fit in terms of sidekicks he's had.

Imagine a taller Russell Westbrook and a post-oriented Harden who gets doubled every time he touches the ball because everyone else sucks. That's Simmons and Embiid. Imagine those two with below average players. That's the 76ers.
I think both the Wizards and Sixers are like 5-8 seed teams anyways. Wizards almost made the playoffs last season and they are better this year. This is without Rui Hachimura too who is, for me, one of the better prospects in the NBA, Deni can contribute right away, Russ can actually play (as opposed to Wall who sat out the past two years) and they have some good shooters. They are not going to light up the league but they are not a team you want to come in loafing against.

Honestly, I think Wizards are going to be one of the top teams in the EC. Westbrook brings energy, Beal brings offensive balance, Bertans is a sniper and Rui/Deni are going to be great future wings. Those two are like a poor man's Tatum and Brown.
