People can test positive even after doing everything right. The purpose of following protocol is to reduce the probabilities.

You're right, but I feel like Harden feels like something is slipping away. They already hated him for going to strip clubs as a grown man is allowed to do, but now to be tied with potentially putting people and the season in danger, might be too much.
