Lying Ted Cruz Ted Cruz: Says that guidance urging vaccinated people to continue wearing masks is "profoundly anti-science." PolitiFact's ruling: Pants on Fire https://www.statesman.com/story/new...ed-people-wear-masks-anti-science/3956378001/
To be quite honest though.... I know rural Texas, and outside of Hou/Dal/ATX/SA those small towns have almost all been Covid-Hoaxer hotbeds. It's Trump country, and there is a refusal to ANYTHING Covid related. I would think that would include getting vaccinated as well. I'm sure there are some in small town Texas that deserve, and want it... but to be honest most of these nuts don't deserve it given their Covid behavior thus far in the past year, and you risk doses getting wasted if there is nobody coming in with urgency to take it.
It's telling too how do as I say not as I do Republicans have only put people at risk. Open up, no masks, play football, keep the bars and restaurants open, schools are safe. Yet, they close down the Capitol from March to Jan 4th. It wasn't safe for them all those months, but we got vaccinated now by golly, so it's safer for us now. Oh, but just in case, any visitors coming in must register days in advance and take a Covid test before entering. Straight out of Trump's protect myself and screw you playbook.
Where is @bigtexxx and his daily covid numbers? I miss that. Weird that he doesn’t post numbers anymore
Oh, I’m certain Crenshaw would support a lockdown during martial law to overturn the election results.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton asked the Trump administration in the spring to revoke millions of dollars in COVID-19 relief for Harris County, which includes Houston, because the funds were earmarked to expand mail-in voting in the 2020 election. https://uk.finance.yahoo.com/news/t...relief-funds-for-harris-county-205617918.html
This is the problem with a pandemic. It's not as though only those who don't take it seriously or doubt it get the disease. Their actions directly put at risk many of those who do and especially those who have treat them. For the sake of the medical personnel in those rural towns I hope they get the vaccines out there too.
Over 411,607 people in Texas have tested positive in December. Our highest monthly total of 252,884 in July has been shattered. You won't hear a word about that from Paxton, Abbott, Cruz, and Crenshaw. They just sit back, let it spread, and protect themselves with a vaccine. Only over 28 million to go!
Still blaming China. What a clone of Trump. Doing nothing for months but downplay the deaths, the wearing of masks, and the seriousness of this pandemic. Wake up and see what's happening in Texas you worthless Trump puppet.
