Ok if you are right that they are not a championship squad no matter what then why does it matter what the locker room is doing? The number one priority should be getting max value for Harden then. If you are not winning anything then who cares about the locker room? The franchise? They already said they are willing to get uncomfortable buddy, that translates to we don't care about the locker room.

 

Locker room seems just fine to me. Everybody is excited to play some ball. I think the locker room would be a mess if James was being disruptive and lazy and not cooperating. That isn't the case, therefore, no one is really mad.

 

If we do get Simmons, have him as our "center" on offense who sets 8 million screens a game and rolls to the basket. FWIW, he is taller than Dwight.

What? Where's Ariza? Where's Luc? Who replaced NeNe? The first year PJ Tucker came off the bench and now he's our starting center and plays 45 minutes a game and our roster is the same?? His problem is he had all the assets available to drastically improve upon a 65 win team and he chose to save money. We coulda got our third star with Ryan Anderson's expiring and 3 first round picks he traded away for LTS. Heck even Ryan Anderson could have helped our team last year considering we had 0 bigs and he could have played with Westbrook as a 5 out center.

Where did our first round picks go? Woulda been nice to get some young guys to improve the roster. Where are our second round picks? Cmon man are you this blind? Are you Tillman's son?

 

Bad luck. Dream never had to play greatest team of all time and when you have them on the brink of elimination your second best player gets injured. Not to mention Luc wasn't healthy all playoffs. Healthy Rockets beat the warriors both times in WCF.

We had to start Pablo Prigioni since Bev was hurt. DMo was our second best player in regular season and he was out with injury. Dwight got hurt in game 1. Championship sometimes is about luck and Rockets have just had some really bad Luck.

Even back to the Tmac days we finally got a great supporting cast when we acquired Artest and Tmac gets microfracture surgery.

 

Can't wait for him to actually get traded so he can speak to the media about why he left and all the stuff Tillman must have pulled. Westbrook, Dantoni, Morey all wanted to leave and somehow that's on Harden? Yet Morey and Dantoni are trying to trade for him? Hmm what's the common denominator here?

I mean let's be real, if James really wanted to make a scene:

• He would break league mandated COVID protocols
• He would not have even tried to play during preseason
• He would sit out until traded even if that meant taking on fines

Instead, he is getting mad at Tate and throwing the ball in his direction, not at him. During preseason games, James grabbed Tate several times to give him pointers. It sounds like what he is doing. As someone mentioned in another thread, James has always been pissy at everyone when he plays. Some times its annoying to watch as a fan because you know he was the one at fault yet he was blaming someone else, but yeah, this is the way James has always been with the Rockets.

 

Harden tried to play GM and demanded the team make a move that blew it all up. Once it was blown up, everyone wanted out because they didn't want to face rebuilding.

Harden the player, I'll miss, but that doesn't mean that Harden the spoiled diva man baby isn't the reason it all went to ****
