If Stone got bogged down with James Harden then James Harden will stop cooperating.

Phantom injuries, going out to strip clubs and concerts and then have to spend more time off in covid protocols than on the court etc etc. This is simply not an option to just keep Harden.

    Bet he won’t.

So far so good says Stephen Silas. Not one issue since he has reported. Hasn’t missed or been late to one practice or game.

I think we need to move from Harden
Its hard for Rocketheads to get past that but he clearly wants to go and he is t a team player.
He wants his cake and eat it to.
Its time to start over we can still contend I dont understand why alot of u keep counting us out like we go straight to the bottom. Doesn't make since.

If we bring in shooters Miami package and some how can bring in a def PF who can help control the paint like A Gordon. The team would be very well off.
    My thoughts
    Wall
    Herro
    Duncan
    Gordon
    Wood
Would be a heck of a force on the court

So far so good because he believes his days are counted in Houston. If he believes he will have to spend one more or two years here and the Rockets will not trade him and waste the rest of his prime then the bird will sing a much different song.

He already acted out in the worse way by delaying to report to go partying.

Codman mentioned that he still bleeds Houston. Again, Stone would love to bog down this process and let Silas and Wood go to work on him. The return will never be enough, and Harden won’t go somewhere with a better opportunity than he has here.

It wont be wasting his prime if we are really good. James can do a lot of things, but he loves basketball. And he's also not going to waste money getting fined. If we start out dominating then not only do we raise his trade value but we also may change his mind. I see no reason why we should be in a rush if teams are just gonna low ball us. Screw that, let James make it "uncomfortable."

Burt Steele 2.0? But seriously MPJ, Bol and Hampton is a good start on a Harden package I guess if Murray isn’t involved

Na, something in me tells me Harden is maybe going to give it a go this year with these Rockets.

Just a nasty murky feeling. Iono.

Stone cutting Green was very disappointing on one hand but also reassuring in that Stone is all business, no emotions, decision maker. That leads me to believe that Harden needs to play ball because Stone will not waver. Stone will not make an emotional decision ala Harden and PJ who acted out like emotional pre-teens. Stone about to school these children.
