But they had to give the Finals MVP to someone, you really could have just kept that Finals MVP and not given that award to anyone that Finals on the Spurs side. Kawhi averaged the most points in the Finals for San Antonio and had to guard LeBron James. That's not an easy task for anyone. I think that's why ultimately be received the award. But I still give Kawhi his props for that Finals and that series propelled him into the player that you see today imo.
