I don't like it either but dwelling on it won't fix it.

You have no control over anything except for what you do.

If Tilman ruins your fandom, there's no problem in taking a step back. There's a ton of other things that may be more worthy of your time. You only have so much time. Don't dwell on stuff we can't control!

I like Silas a lot and am fine with Stone so far. Nothing he's done has really turned me off.

Dude the Heat just went to the finals years later AFTER losing Lebron, Wade and Bosh. How'd they do that? It's called rebuilding....You rebuild man, good franchises do this - this isn’t rocket science (no pun intended) . The Celtics, they lose the big 3, but slowly build back up with picks and are contenders every year in the east. It's doable by great organizations. I think the Rockets are one of them.

.....Now if they botch this Harden trade then yes, it will be another story - but to say we're doomed after losing a superstar is nonsense. We didnt win anything in 8 years with Harden...change could be a good thing.

Now let me get back to this bourbon...here's to hoping we get some trade news this weekend.

You're right. He needs to pull his head out of ass. Showing up out of shape doesn't help him or the Rockets trade attempts.

Looks like Harden and Luka had the same diet following the bubble.

They haven't built a champion here for 25 years bro. That's on the organization, not one player.

Agreed. Even if he wants out, there’s no way he just tanks it on the court. He clearly had fun last night with Wood. If you’re the Rockets you play incredibly hard ball on trades, act like you’re trying your best to move him, and let him ball out with Wood and the gang to see if he changes his mind. The Rockets have all the leverage and absolutely no reason to rush things. This team looks fantastic and you have to find out if it’s the real deal.

This is 100% true. But Harden played a vital role in us coming short a few times...lets not kid ourselves..This is why you give it another go trying something different. Harden wants to leave, let him leave and trust the new regime and players.

Kawhi was definitely not just a role player on that team bro, Duncan was on his way out, Parker and Ginobili were getting older. Leonard was the young gun leading the squad. After Kawhi won the Finals MVP the national narrative became that Kawhi was a top 5 player at that point. You putting the point totals they Kawhi averaged vs what LeBron averaged in that Finals is for what reason again? The Spurs have always played a team brand of basketball, ppg are not indicative to how they share the ball.

Yea, what is this crap about a "cloud" over the organizations head. Just play with him, if /when he's gone he's gone. These dudes are grown men, they can get over it. Try the team out. He's not gonna tank games.

You're number one priority should be holding on to Harden. At least give us some games Harden damn.

Now I agree about moving on. If a guy raises a stink about being here, you take your time and get his ass gone. But don't give him away. Get as much value as you can.

That "cloud" is a real thing man....as is chemistry. Its hard to truly hoop and go all out when you know you don't want to be there and your teammates know you don't want to be there. It not like Harden's upset with his contract. Harden is basically saying YALL BUMS AINT GOOD ENOUGH to HELP ME GET A CHIP....LOL

I'd feel some type of way hooping with him too.

and I'll say this again for the 100th time...I feel bad for Silas man. I really hope the team jumps out the gate hot for dude (With or Without 13)

In the NBA where it has gone towards shooting.

I would think that the Rockets aren’t interested in a player like Simmons.

I like the idea of Wall, Herro, Robinson, Tucker, Wood.

    Shooting, Shooting, Shooting.

Parker led them in scoring and assists, Duncan averaged a double double (15 & 10) and led them in rebounding. So you don't lead your own team in scoring, rebounds or assists but you're the top player in the series? C'mon dude. Kawhi averaged 1.6 stls and 1.2 blks to lead the team while giving up 28/8/4 to King James. That's just the truth. If you are scoring 17 and giving 28 back then the other guy is kicking your ass! IT'S JUST A PLAIN FACT. Kawhi's first Finals MVP was a Cedric Maxwell (1981) & Andre Igodoula (2015) "feel good" type MVP where they gift a guy. No way was he the top player in that series

I agree you needed more, you needed more from your superstar and you simply didn't get it. Just 25 points in the second half of Game 6 bro? Really James Harden? Really? And if you are up by 15 points going into the half of Game 7 and lose by single digits then doesn't that indicate that we had a very very strong chance of winning that game? Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, Kevin Durant vs Lebron James, Dwayne Wade, Chris Bosh. Are you going to sit up here and tell me that 2011 Miami Heat championship roster that lost to the Mavericks that year wasn't loaded bro? Did Dirk lose to Miami in 2011 because I kinda remember him and the Mavericks beating the Heat that year? Houston misses 27 consecutive threes in Game 7. Why doesn't James Harden impose his will and put the damn team on his back like all the other greats have done before him and force the issue? We all know the reason why...

This is what happens when you offer some overhyped kid that can't shoot for the best shooting guard in the world. Looking at you Morey

It's called basketball my guy. None of the greatest players can be stopped. It's an offensive league. Why do you think guys you can score buckets get massive contracts vs guys like Patrick Beverly or Tony Allen who get small contracts? Wasn't Tony Allen making around 5 million dollars a year at one point and was one of the top defenders in the league but really couldn't score for crap?
