    Realistically It will be 8 deep, I doubt Bruno, Tate or Brown will get much playing time. Really depends on injuries too

    Three things I really liked tonight:

    1) Christian Wood. If James Harden wants to be on an elite team, he has one in Houston with the addition of Wood. He has a great touch, soft hands and a good feel for the game offensively. The Pistons were fools for letting him go, and the Rockets finally have their stretch five that they’ve wanted for a long time.

    2). Harden was very decisive with his moves and actually made things happen off ball a decent number of times. There were few, if any, possessions where James took most of the shot clock to make his move.

    3) This is the Eric Gordon the Rockets saw his first three years in Houston. He looks healthy and primed for a bounce back season.

    I loved that team. They really played for each other. Harden, Lin, and Parsons were all super hungry and healthy back then.

    It's also crazy how much better Harden has gotten in 8 years. He was way faster and slimmer back then, but nowhere as deadly. He kind of developed a slower but more effective game despite declining athletically
