    The challenge right now is that it's a bad time. There are no good teams that are desperate for a player of Harden's caliber to get them over the hump. My guess is we'll see a team underperform reach the trade deadline and make a deal that they are resisting making right now because they think they're better than they really are.

    u are talking about Melo not getting traded for an All-Star...the media is painting a picture of teams not wanting Harden at all, and the ones that do, only wanting him for a low price...

    Melo was headed towards free agency and was barely half the player Harden is...

    that's my biggest issue with harden. media has always hated his ass and many of us defended him 100 against the media and all the nephews. and he wants to leave those of us behind like scraps...

    Your not. Nook would not. I would not, but how about the Rockets?

    All this media drama plays right into what Harden wants, which is out. I say because like some fans here, you can reach a breaking point where you just want rid of the guy. And under that kind of mindset, your a lot likelier to take a bad deal just to get it over with.

    Also, as Morey, Pringles, Russ and other players slowly leak their real stories, other teams may start reducing their offers.

    of course they want him but it has to make sense. they can't gut the team and expect to take down the lakers who are extremely deep and have two top 5 players.

    Harden seriously needs use all these media slanders and just focus on carrying this team and buy into this roster. If he can carry this team given all the questions regarding health and what not into a top 4 seed while having a huge year, he can get himself an mvp and the next offseason if he still wants out he can have way more options.


    Use all these slanders and the smear campaign as fuel
