Hmm, yesterday in the practice everyone said he look lika a tank.. and now he’s fat?? is it because he wore black yesterday and now white??
He's definitely the biggest he's ever been as a Rocket, clearly a bit out of shape. Still has a lot of muscle and isn't quite as bad as that picture made him look.
As soon as he is traded to a big market team he will be "The best shape Harden's ever been, he really looks committed to winning a ship"....
FYI, he doesn’t run fast breaks. He likes to dribble drive and step-back. Energy conservation name of his game... that’s why his usage is so high and doesn’t play defense. Plus the system he was used to basically allowed him to not play any defense (if he wanted to) and have enough energy to shoot. This is why you don’t see a bunch of other stars jumping to play with Harden.
Conditioning and durability are two different things. Sometimes they overlap bit someone can be very durable and still can be more easily winded. It's not like being winded required a day of rest.
When I saw the pic on the right, I got scared. But then I remembered just the day before seeing the pic on the left, and I couldn't explain this thing we call life. I make fun of Harden being fat because it cracks me up that people think he's fat or that he's out of shape, but somehow plays minute-after-minute and game-after-game with little rest, but I honestly had to think about what was going on in those 2 pics. My only explanation is that the one on the right is a bad pic or he wears his shorts/jersey under what he's wearing in the pic. I dunno.
