Not even close to the same restrictions.

Texas has had 75% capacity of indoor dining since 9/21.
New York State had no indoor dining until 9/30 when 25% capacity was allowed. The in November 11, some parts of the state can go to 50%. New York City had stayed at 25% indoor capacity the entire time.

Not sure if you noticed but data is data... 1.43% That isn't a projected number. That was what was tabulated.

It's from their website. PLEASE show me how this is incorrect.

See, I look up stuff. You just post opinions and stupidity.

Prove me wrong. Find their .gov site that shows otherwise. Or shut the **** up, you child.

I didn't say **** about your precious numbers, I'll leave that to other people, I was directly and factually contradicting your statement that NY and Texas have the same regulations.

You don't even have to look stuff up, several of us recently posted stuff for you right in this thread, all you have to do is acknowledge reality.

Did you notice on top of the Food Service Guidlines pdf that you linked that says the guidelines listed is only for regions that have reached phase 3 reopening?

"In regions that are in Phase 1, or have not yet reached Phase 2, such establishments may only operate by take-out and delivery. In regions that have reached Phase 2, such establishments may open outdoor spaces with seating for customers, in accordance with “Interim COVID-19 Guidance for Outdoor and Take-Out/Delivery Food Services.” In regions that have reached Phase 3, such establishments may open indoor spaces with seating for customers, in accordance with the guidelines below/in “Interim COVID-19 Guidance for Food Services.”

Unlike Texas, New York did not have one guideline for all of the state at the same time. New York City never went above 25% indoor seating.

This might be a bit political, but it's frustrating seeing these guidelines coming from the CDC. It really isn't that hard to figure out who needs the vaccine first.
