East has been JV conference for decades. Teams teetering barely around/above .500 can be 5th and 6th seeds over there. Boston is going to be one of those IMO with PHI, MIA, MIL and BKN having better players and circumstances heading into 2021 season

Does Tilman Fertitta understand these types of stories hurt the Rockets’ chances to either convince Harden to stay in Houston or trade him for the most optimal return?

He missed PRACTICE for a birthday with one of his "best friends". Not the most professional thing to do but he is not the first star player to miss practice. He has since showed up to practice and has played. The only point I'll give you is that he hasn't come out and "defended himself" or "dispell the rumors". Again, not the first superstar that chooses not to address the media regarding rumors. Even Jordan did it for a long time. Maybe he doesn't care about controlling the narrative and will just focus on basketball. You might think its not fair to you but he might think it's not fair to him to have to deal with all of this. So he chooses not to. It doesn't mean that we should all go burning jersies with every negative report that comes out.

LeBron James and Dwayne Wade were taking private jets between playoff games and during the regular season when they were on the Heat. I believe that Leonard and George were as well last year with the Clippers. There were articles about Anothony Davis using LeBron James' jet as well.

 

The article probably contains bullshit and is exaggerated; still gives you an idea of Harden's culture in Houston, starting with McHale, finishing with D'Antoni and always with Morey 'the groupie' permitting and sucking. Shameful. Hopefully we can find a good trade as soon as possible.

 

Mchale is an idiot. If Mcmahon is the Rockets beat writer, no way the team allows this to be written without their consent. What doesn't make sense is they're hurting their own cause by hurting his value. It's literally bad business for the team. Morey must be laughing his ass off waiting to call with yet ANOTHER low ball offer.
