I can quibble on the comparison because it's a HORRIBLE one. He's not a shorter Korver. Sorry.

I excluded Bam, but you seem to think Bam, Herro, Robinson, and Nunn are $20 each. That seems very optimistic.

    Hero 6'5" w/ 6'3" wingspan

    Korver 6'7" w/6'9" wingspan.

Noone in their right mind believe that Herro can ever become the next Harden.

But it is not our choice. We can not not trade Harden.
We have options but keeping Harden is not one.

We have to pick what to trade him for.
If you asked me last month
:Would you trade Harden for Herro?

I would say heck no are you crazy?

But also if you asked me last month
Do you think that Herro can become a star?
I would say yes. I would also say that I would prefer him to Ben Simmons.

So their measurements and their games aren't similar.

    Glad we could confirm that.

At 20-year old, James Harden was averaging 10-3-2. Herro just did 13.5-4-2, not to mention the monster playoff performance of 16-5-4.

He is better than most people here suggested. A lot of growth uncertainty for sure, but Herro is significantly underrated on this board.

I laugh because of the presumptuousness of your arguments.

It flies in the face of actual proven consistent performance.

Your embrace of a tiny sample size and extrapolate it as a truism is truly hilarious.

And I think Ben Simmons will have a more impactful career and I think Herro's path to stardom is pretty tough.

I'l tell you right now. Herro could be a bust.

Herro is also getting paid like a bust.

Simmons could end up being the third best player on a championship team. He's also making the kind of money you pay the best or second best player on a championship team. How the **** are we supposed to rebuild with Simmons' contract?

some are desperate to put Herro into a stereotypical box of an unathletic white shooter with little ball skills...that’s how u have morons saying he could be Kyle Korver 2.0 when he showed more skill in his rookie season than Korver has shown his entire career

So then you were wrong, Herro is shorter in height and much shorter in wingspan.

Putting pressure on the defense...... being a defensive force..... setting up his teammates..... running an offense.

Talking about optimistic, you think Simmons's shooting can improve when he has already played three seasons without any improvement. Those guys are rookies and you don't think they can get much better.

I'm starting to get a little suspicious about the implicit bias. Morey had an issue with this also and said after scouts nicknamed Marc Gasol manboobs he was done with it.

Huh? I said he's not a shorter Kover b/c his game is nothing like Korver, not b/c he wasn't physically shorter.

    You good?

Actually I don't think that and I'd challenge you to find where I did ...... I've said multiple times I would be surprised if Simmons developed a shot.

Actually ... no. I just don't think they are each $20 bills in your example. Duncan is as good as Bam and Herro? Seems more like 2-$20 and 2-$10.

I'm fully aware of Simmons glaring shooting problem.

Whatever. He's physically smaller and a smaller stature. Worst case, Kyle Korver 2.0.

Now forget about what’s under the hood of these numbers, Ben Simmons at year number 21 (didn’t play rookie year due to injury) averaged almost a triple double...he is a weirdo, a freako, a strange but generational talent..

I literally repeated word for word what I said...and than you quoted me saying exactly that.

    Are you slow?
