It is straight up hilarious you say Harden wasn't a top 5 player in your eyes.

Then list at number 2, the guy who could barely get his own team to the playoffs year in year out. When Harden put a franchise on his back and is only seen as a loser because of the greatest team ever assembled.

Greatest team ever assembled stopped James Harden.

Seeds 1-8 in the Western Conference stopped AD for the majority of his career.

    You are an utter clown.

Dude, didn't I say this was MY opinion? You don't have to agree with me. And you calling me a clown because I think AD at THIS MOMENT IN TIME is better than James Harden just shows me how much of a mental midget a lot of guys like you are on this forum. I guess me and at least 20 other NBA front offices are clowns right now then too huh? Because I'm willing to bet my house that many many franchises would prefer AD over Harden. That's just the cold hard truth about Harden compared to Davis, get out your feelings bro. Not a good look to be so sensitive as a man dude. But again this is the same toxic energy on this forum that Clutchfans has had for many years now that has kept many people away when they are simply just stating their OPINION. It's not even like that's a far fetched crazy opinion on AD over Harden. Notice I didn't say Luka was better than Harden because he hasn't surpassed James quite yet TO ME.

But even if I have James Harden as the 7th best player in the NBA does that take away from Harden's greatness? James is still the second best Rocket of all time and it's not even close, and of course James has absolutely recked havoc on this league. Nobody is taking that away from Harden bro. But just because Harden is a Rocket doesn't mean I'm going to overlook other talented players and not rank them accordingly. I never said Harden was a loser and yes he did face a stacked GSW team. But Dirk faced a stacked team being the only superstar player and overcame the odds, and so did Bill Walton and Hakeem. So lets not sit here and pretend that Harden was facing something unprecedented that no other NBA player has never succeeded at. In 2018 the Rockets were up 15 points going into the half in Game 6 and Game 7 of the conference finals against the Warriors and still lost both of those games, and Houston still only lost Game 7 by single digits. The opportunity was there, Harden and the Rockets just didn't capitalize on it.

My Harden fandom? I turned that in when he forced the Rockets to trade for Westbrook. Make excuses for him if you want but his diva BS is what screwed up the best Rockets team ever.

Best team ever was the 95 team. Regular season means jack and to the dream.

Something just dawned on me....if we keep James because we don’t like no deal available...could stone pull off a big time trade at the deadline for another “star” who shakes loose to entice harden to stay long term?

Nah not me bro, I never thought much of Jeremy Lin lol. I thought Yao was really solid for us. But I definitely wouldn't call myself a Yao Ming fan though. Nothing I said is hating on Harden in that post lol. In fact I give Harden praise in that post. "Hating" is the go to word used now for you kids when you don't agree with something someone is saying.

The only tradeable assets we have are Tucker, House, and Gordon. No one's going to touch Wall's contract and, IIRC, Wood and Cousins can't be traded until after the deadline.

With what assets? We’re not building a contender by trading away the few talented pieces we have for another ‘star’. We’re stuck with Wall for better or worse so might as well root for him and hope he does balls out. Why’s everything always gotta be about enticing Harden anyways? He doesn’t want to be here. **** him.

Sure we have picks but you need to send out contracts/players for anyone worthwhile. Does anyone want a half season rental of PJ Tucker + 3 picks? What impact player can we get for $8 million of Tucker's salary plus 3 picks? Or if you're going to package Tucker and Gordon together to have a combined $25 million in tradeable salaries, what player could you get back, realistically, even if you attached 3 1st rounders?

Sooo we’re gonna package those in a trade for someone James Harden would like to play with? Sounds familiar. Tired of him ****ing us. Trade his ass already.

Unless it is prime Lebron very easily. I have seen him overwhelm defenders who try that. Surrounding with shooters. He will dominate. His game is not diverse.

He clashes with Joel because he is a good post player too.
