Then can you explain why the Suns gave Ariza a big 1 year deal?

Same reason sac gave him a nice deal. Wing player with a ring, who happens to be a respected voice in the locker room

And that Sacramento deal is considered one of their worst contracts of all time.

One thing to keep in mind though.....the 2nd year of that 2 year deal only has $1.8m guaranteed.

Not even close to one of their worst. Nope when he got traded that 2nd year became guaranteed. That’s true for all trades with a partial guarantee at the time

Ok thanks. That explains why it was such a terrible contract.

Two more “good” years at 36 and 37 years old?!! Enough to warrant an extension?

    .....some things aren’t worth debating.

PJ seems like he's trying to pull this scene off:

Exactly... Morley was the one known to treat players as ASSETS not human beings. Didn't here a peep from PJ then about his teammates being used as assets or bait. Much like LBJ, players only care about feelings and/or money when it's their own and no one else's. I see that fake ass bullshit a mile away which is why I'll save my feelings for real ones.

PJ should be trying to add to his retirement account instead of playing "my feelings are hurt" games at 35 years old.

His feelings are hurt because he wants to rob the team and they aren't going for it.

If PJ wants to complain, go cry to your homeboy James. With all this uncertainty regarding his trade demands and what the roster will look like, they aint going to offer you s*** until they know how that is going to shake out.

I swear these players have no common sense. They're all wussies.

Would you be down for trade Tucker to Cavs for Dante Exam? They make about the same amount of money, and both are on 1 year. It serves to get a player away from his problems, and move to getting a kid who needs a change of scenery, id even throw in a 2nd round pick to seal the deal.. Pj can find a contract once he moves out of cavs situation.

Dante Exam For PJ Tucker plz do it. Rockets need a back up point.

If P J Tucker was a dog I would picture him looking like this. Just chill and cool!

PJ Tucker needs to shut up and fulfill his contract. I can't believe he's now complaining to the public.

Rockets made him a starter due to not having any true PF/wing players and his ability to take corner 3s (which he couldn't even shoot BEFORE he arrived to us). He realistically is and always will be a BACK-UP/BENCH player.

The Rockets made him who he is today it's not our fault his agent and he himself couldn't see this 4 years ago when he signed on the dotted line.

After this year, he'll be what 36.5 years old before the next season starts? What is he looking for exactly? A veterans minimum contract? He should be thinking of retiring and getting fat like Shawn Kemp.

I can't wait until this scrub is no longer on the Rockets. If I was Stone I would trade him now while his expiring contract holds some value.
