the heat have plenty of players that are fully capable of contributing ala gallo. gallo is nothing more than a solid player. The heat have plenty of those. Again it was a reference. simple as that
Does better affecting the entire game than your boy Herro..... Because you have no real argument, you are comparing Simmons to Lebron. John Wall was a foundational player too.... doesnt mean he is a top 5 or top 10 player.
There's not a single player on the Heat other than Bam and Butler that put up numbers that were more valuable than Galli's 20/6/3 on 63% TS% with a 21 PER. And that's ignoring the 5 picks plus two pick swaps. Look, i'm doing this to say "hey, maybe Herro is a great center piece"... where do the rest of the pieces come from???? You want Herro, HOW IS THAT TRADE MADE?
As i posted in another thread, and here, Miami has traded their 21 and 23 1st round picks already. They have protections. The 23 one doesn't become fully unprotected till 2026. As such, i don't think they can currently trade a first round pick until 2028... unless i'm misunderstanding the rule wrong. The players you mentioned as return for Harden is not fair value
how many times does this need to be repeated. nobody is ever going to get fair value for harden. quit expecting that.
Yes you can. If Harden goes to either the Bucks, 76ers, Heat or the Nets....they will be picked to win the East!! Morey can play games all he want if the Nets give us Kyrie the 76ers do not have a chance with a Durant/Harden combo....
How many times does this need to be repeated. Fair value does not mean equal value (used that word incorrectly at first). Fair value means fair value, all things considered. One of those things that must be considered is Harden is under contract for 2 more years. There's absolutely no need to trade him for the poo poo platter that is Tyler Herro plus. Yep. And while some are thinking that the MORE Harden wants out, the worse it is for the Rockets... that he's under contract actually makes it BETTER for the Rockets. "James, we're getting offered ****. If you REALLY want out, you have to expand your list of teams. Add Toronto. Add Boston. Add Denver. Add the Knicks (maybe no ring, but lots of love when you drag that squad to the playoffs or even second round). Add the Jazz (lol, just kidding!"). Add the Blazers - you and Dame would be a NASTY 1-2 pairing!"
fair value is relative. what you think is fair value is just you. There's absolutely no need to trade him for the poo poo platter that is Ben Simmons plus
Team only lock on superstars. When teams lock on him, you know he's something special. Besides he can play off ball. Kind of like Curry. When you keep moving off screens, it's awful hard to lock on.
That's not even being offered at the moment, lol. I don't think there is ANY way a trade with Miami happens. The Rockets would have to be INSANELY high on Tyler Herro. Again, the Heat are restricted from moving picks.
There's always different avenues of acquiring picks. They are still able to do so. Personally, I don't think the miami trade happens either but It's a discussion. You're in a Herro/simmons package discussion thread. Nah it's not that insane
Yes, but relevant to that is what else comes along. I also personally think Simmons is better value than Herro, but recognize you're not going to change your mind on that.
LOL a third of this site actually voted to trade a superstar for a bench player tyler herro. This team really has the dumbest fanbase in the world
