I think it is just possible that the GOP is trying to get future elections to not allow these voting methods. They continue to try to make it more difficult to vote. Gingrich admitted as much yesterday. What possible realistic motivation did Abbott have to only allow one drop off location per country? They can actually make a solid argument for voter ID, but all of these other tactics have no reasonable argument.
