    Dear Janice McNair

I am writing this letter in regards to your son, Cal McNair. As you are aware, he has been leading, well I won't quite say leading, more like in charge, uh I can't say that either. Let's just say he's over on Kirby sitting in your late husband's old office. I'm not sure if you are aware, so I am making every effort possible to inform you of how he has been preforming thus far....LADY HE SUCKS!!

I'm sure you had a feeling this would happen. Surely you saw some signs early on in his childhood, from him not wanting to play with the other little kids, afraid to do his oral assignments in front of the class to letting the First Graders bully him, although he was about to graduate from Highschool. Well it appears he has those same qualities, nothing has change! To let you know, he's let a man by the name of Jack Esterby come in, bully him and take over the business. And to make matters worse, Jack Esterby does not have any experience. He went from an Associate Pastor to CEO of your company in one week!

Personally, I think he is punking your son and your son does not know how to take the franchise back. Furthermore, during Esterby's tenure, he has traded one of your best players and has overpaid several others. Two players in particular who he overpaid, Whitney Mercilus and Nick Martin, are so bad at their jobs that Jack Esterby has offered to Pray for them but for some strange reason the players don't trust him. Can you imagine that, not trusting a Pastor? As bad as those two players are, you would figure they would accept anything they can get. However, many of the players do not think that Jack Esterby is a Pastor anyway and that he is nothing more than a Backstabber and manipulator . As a matter of fact Sports Illustrated or ESPN just did a feature article on your son's new hire, I hope you read it. It's not glowing!

In conclusion, your organization is being run amuck! You got to help us! Some children are just not ready to take over the family business, just ask Fred Trump.

She birthed that moron, she gets at least half the blame. They are just shitty owners and Texans fans have to accept it. It is the same in Chicago. It is a “family business” which really means they do little and suck off the blood off owning an NFL. It isn’t going to get long term better.

That’s what you get with silver spooned sons who never once in their lives ever had to bet on themselves and lay it all on the line. This man-child has been given this spot from the day he was born, and no amount of failure will ever take it from him. Literally the best anecdote out there is when he was spotted at an astros game, in his full wealthy 40yr old overweight blazer-donned regalia, wearing a baseball glove of all things.

Houston is the most diverse city in the country, but its past remains marred by this good ole boy, old money oligarchy that has left us nothing but dunce heir owners. That’s why our sports teams seem perpetually cursed of late. Old money don’t win ****.

No! Lol but I'm hoping it attracts enough attention to get to her. I was willing to give Cal a chance but I knew before his Dad passed, that he was not going got be a good owner.

You can read a person w/o them saying a word and in his case, he never said a word.

The story of NFL football in Houston is primogeniture... young Kenneth Stanley Adams bought his team with gifted Phillips 66 gas station money from his rich daddy. Instead of Jack Easterby to play the part of franchise Rasputin, he had the Bizarro Easterby, i.e. Ladd Herzeg.

It's almost sacrilege to say it here, but if we were to judge Houston Sports franchise ownership on old-petrodollars ineptitude, Fertitta is the outlier here and looks innovative and dynamic, by comparison.

    Scary, isn't it?

The McNairs have been good owners. Look at the Browns in terms of the other expansion team closest to the Texans in age

People who think firing coaches on whims lik Redskins owner Dan Synder don't understand ****. Get tired about the b****ing about the franchise

    good owners pffAHAHAHAhAs

Promoting BoB to GM after that sht cluster fk of a playoff game vs the Chiefs is just outright malpractice. Hopkins got rid for scraps right after.

BoB deserved to get his ass fired, don't act like it was firing on a whim.

I was joking that Post Oak would be Tilman's too. I don't want anyone's home address.
