    Is that real?

If it is I don't like it. These people did nothing so far besides beating the worst candidate in American history.

The media is too easily impressed with Biden and I don't like it.

I mean this would be the perfect year for "essential workers" to get that award.

I wonder who the other candidates were, but I agree that Biden/Harris seems like a poor choice.

NYTime had a chilling op/ed about decent people at the state and military level not bending over to Trump's illegal badgering. It was those people who stopped him more than our vaunted checks and balances that disappeared.

    They definitely deserve honorable mention.

    So just be like Republicans?

You still have not answered how this stops them it just gives more reasons to do it.

lawsuits keeps them on the defense, cost them money, and consequences and punishments on the other side if won

so the quality/strength of the lawsuits / charges are important

honestly this country has gone full circus since Trump got elected. I think the whole Russian Collusion was stupid too, but at least the Dems didn't flood the courts with law suits.

'Russian collision' had nothing to do with the vote count or our election process. It has to do with two things:

    1. Foreign actors such as Russia spamming US social media sites with misinformation influencing a large swath of Americans as they have difficulty sifting through fake news.

    2. The DNC private correspondences being illegally hacked and leaked by Russian actors which is an actual real crime and investigating whether the Trump campaign was involved in any way due to many odd ties such as Trump associates like Rodger Stone knowing of the leaks before the public.

There was a serious investigation that led to indictments.

You can tell real crimes wre committed by the fact that Trump acolytes have conspiracies stating that the DNC hacked themselves to create the Russian collision "hoax".

Basic of human nature is to take as much as you can. When you have consequences it factors into that. Voter suppression, circumventing the will of 80 million Americans, it’s ****ing treason. If they can pack the courts with no evidence the dems sure can with actual cases. The GOP knows the democrats are your typical “nice guys”.
There’s a reason trump has spent half his life in the courts..it works and annoys people

The Germans learned from history the damage a lying propaganda spurting leader can cause. Trump, the leader of the no mask, no social distancing, no lockdowns stance propelled thousands to do as him. He is the leading cause of the death and suffering overwhelming our country. Yes Germany, he is!
