This literally is a term defined for that specific act but doesn't hold water outside of the document. It isn't superceding the constitution and if it did it would be invalid anyway. Anyway I already said Biden will likely win. Tell me what Biden will do that is better than Trump please. I would like to see him stay healthy... and oh no more wars... perhaps a stimulus... and a focus on the trade war with china. Will he stand up to our adversary?

You asked a question. I answered it. Trump refuses to listen to medical professionals and science. He refuses to lead by example. He made fun of people wearing masks. He continues to hold rallies and flaunt local government's regulations. He has no empathy and continues to ignore the ongoing situation. He even screwed up a tangible effect he could take some credit for (rapid vaccine development) by neglecting the opportunity to secure and purchase more doses.
I will agree Trump could have done more early and I was openly critical on this board actually, BUT I will also say that a WHAT IF on Biden is futile. I think that the virus would have come anyways as well. Also I'm not just voting on Rona. Maybe you are but there are many reasons to vote and one is kind of narrow sighted. Also Biden isn't doing much diff from Trump now anyways... or at least plans to do nothing that different.

Go to USBLS and look yourself at the Obama years and look at individual metro areas. It paints a dark picture. Obama's 8 years were NOT a good time in America. Don't cherry pick either. I am more than aware of the numbers of both his and Trump's years. If you honestly attack Trump on Jobs and the economy I have to laugh at you. I can't take you seriously. That is literally one of his top strengths as a candidate which is why his opponents didn't bother. That and peace. He is the most peaceful president we've had in decades. I like that a lot actually. I am sad that we will likely return to BS wars under Biden.

The Trump administration has worked to eliminate what little restrictions there are – increasing drone strikes, broadening the geographic area where strikes occur, lowering the decision-making threshold for lethal violence, and delegating more authority on drone policy to the military and CIA.
You asked to name ONE THING Biden WOULD do better than Trump. My answer is what he WILL do. He WILL take COVID seriously. Those were the only 5 words in my original reply. No where did I say what Biden WOULD HAVE done. In my subsequent reply I pointed out factual things that Trump did or didn't do. Again, no where did I say what Biden WOULD HAVE done. Move this goal posts.
And yet still has less blood on his hands than Biden and Obama. I love how you assume I think all of Trump is perfect. What you bring up is bad BUT still nothing compared to our most recent presidents.
You think he will make fun of people wearing masks? You think he will blatantly ignore local mask wearing/distancing ordinances requiring masks? You think he will hold massive rallies without requiring masks and distancing? He already said he would ask folks to mask up for his first 100 days. He already said he would require masks in federal buildings. But I can understand your skepticism after all the lies and supporter pandering we have had to endure the last 4 years.
