I guarantee CP3 doesn't blame Harden. He probably blames Tillman for not getting any tall wing defenders. James Ennis? A broken Melo? After 2017 2018 the moves Houston made went full r****d!
In the words of Tropic Thunder "You never go full r****d"
Loved Houston CP3. Still can't trust the owners of this franchise.

He's just such a cerebral intelligent player. He's prime head coaching material.

If he had hit the juice and worked this hard prior to the 2019 season he'd still be on the team.

What's really telling is HARDEN is the reason he's not here, the same guy who's now demanding a trade. The guy everybody says doesn't have a championship team in Houston, ran off our missing piece. More proof Morey coddled James and left us in this mess everybody blames Tilman for

Tillman screwed up by letting Ariza walk and not going hard for a Luc replacement, smh.

What are the chances we can trade him to Phoenix for Wall?

Ariza did more than enough that series. He was the main defender of Durant and did as well as anyone could imagine and more.

I think everyone was worn down and had no legs from the 6 game grind. It was a game of inches we played, and without CP carrying half of the offense it was impossible to win

It's basically 1 year 30 million since it would have pretty much all been in the tax. Ariza's play also dropped off a lot the next year.

Dolan actually might have done it. Lacob, Ballmer and others would have too. There are a lot of owners who wouldn't, though, unless they had to do it because a star forced their hand. Les definitely would not have.

Missing piece ? Did we win in 2019 ? I couldve sworn we lost in the 2nd round. The rockets clearly needed more than cp3 but the front office didnt want to pay. Maybe they also work out a deal with ariza if he doesnt shoot 0-12 from 3 in game 7.

he wilted when it was the most important not to
and he couldn't be counted on at the worst possible moment

a professional being paid millions and tens of millions, how hard it is to hit an open 3 pointer, the one thing he does at the offensive side

    no blame in dropping him

You can literally say that about every single Rocket player including Harden. Yet they were in game 7 against possibly the best team in the world without their second best player

CP3 is a true professional. His late game performance was so spot on. His contract wasn't as bad as many acted like it was.

The 2nd year the team CLEARLY had chemistry issues and also injuries. Also the fact MDA refused to play Faried. But CP3 came back healthy the season we traded him

If thats a recent pick of him its a far cry from the pudgy, man t***, dad bod he had while here. I saw some vids of him a few years back squatting and they were the most pathetic attempts at a squat imaginable, and some people even went so far as to say they were specific half squats since his back wasnt that great .. YO if your back is bad - DONT DO SQUATS. There are plenty of other lower body exercises that are lower impact. It wasnt that. Chris was just lazy and out of shape here doing his family thing with a wife and kids and he let himself go.

Cool that he's inspired again after being on 4 different teams in 5 years and I wish him well (I think he's a douche on the court, but dont deny his career excellence).

Off topic I always wondered if instead of Paul the Rockets would have gone after D'Angelo Russel since he was traded that year also - if they would have been in better shape chemistry wise.
