cmoak: but he's overpaid blah blah blah.
I feel like only way cmoak would stop with this bs criticism is if he won a ring.
so unrealistic especially with such team devoid of great playmakers.

There is no Hate, just high expectations because of his talent.

it is ok to be critical of their best player.

Pay it no attention bro. NFL ppl that know the game always rave how great DW4 is. No matter what he does there will always be haters. For some he doesn’t look a certain way and for others they need something to be miserable and b**** about.

What's not OK is to ignore the dumpster fire that is Texans management. They've built a weak overpaid roster with no draft picks. You have an interim HC who's 104 years old, two rookie coordinators and a preacher running football operations. These guys are IDIOTS. No QB could win big with the way the Texans operate.

Nothing wrong with constructive criticism... but acknowledging the strides he’s made, with almost zero running game and a lack of adequate weapons (especially compared to the other elite QB’s), deserves some serious attention.

And he certainly went from exceeding expectations... to now having extremely high expectations which warrants criticism... pretty fast.

Yeah keep up the racist rhetoric. I guess you’re another one that only supports him because of his skin color. Would you do the same if he was white? I think not.

Yes, if he won a ring and put up the numbers he’s doing, he would be elite by definition.
PFF is good for some things. The kid is good, he’s still not a top 3 QB....yet.

He did, and it’s warranted. That contract gets you no leniency. It’s how it goes.

Couldn’t care less what race the qb is as long as he performs at a high level. But it’s funny when Watson has a great game you and a few other members go m.i.a. but if he struggles y’all are quick to post. Typical and not surprising at all.

You must be confusing me for someone else.
You can keep all that **** to yourself and move around. I’m not playing that game.

I haven’t even put Watson down lol, you and the other idiots don’t know how to read or be objective.

And another typical post from you and your like. It’s funny how you and others put down all the white QBs to prop up Watson. Seems a little suspect.
    Why is that?

We can play this game all day.

You’re right. I put down all white qbs even though I said Herbert might be the best young qb in the league not named Mahomes or Watson . But yea keep that narrative going smh

Which I can’t stand. The ownership and the leadership is garbage. Wont ever hear different from me. Not unless they can get a coach GM combo that completely turns it around. I hope for Watson’s sake, they do.

The Western Media has him at top 3, accurate list.

Scheming is everything in the new nfl. I still don't like the play where Deshaun bounces off d linemen to a complete a pass but it has been a staple in the 'playbook'

Deshaun is 15th in passing attempts. They still grinding for that 2 yard gain. It also shows the lack of turnovers by the Defense for extra possessions/ Other teams' ground game playing keep away, basterrds.

That play was incredible. Then of course the defense blew it

It's sad that there are 14 qbs where coaches have more confidence in their qb. Or it could be a lack of trust in the o-line pass protection.

It’s probably more to do with time of possession. I need to look at exact numbers but it seems like we’re throwing way more than running.
