    I don't believe a single prison is arguing that he has technically been elected President. The argument is that he is considered the President-elect and he should be afforded the benefits that goes with being considered the President-elect based on the act passed in 1963-1964.

    President Joe Biden is a term that becomes official on January 20 around noon. President-elect Joe Biden is a term that is used once a candidate is the apparent winner, which Biden is.

    But. You know that and are just trolling.

    ...we can only hope that when that mystery is finally solved...

    ...that there aren't a lot of other people who are killed by it.

    Lot of talk about "armed uprisings" and such...but most of those boobs don't have the stuffing of their confederate heroes...who just cut past all this type of legislative crap, and went ahead and declared war...;)

    That's an interesting notion. Much like the George Floyd murder lit a fire in the country, could a right wing martyr or some kind of Boston massacre event do the same for Trump? I don't know the answer to that one. There's a lot of tough talk on the Twitter and sometimes in speeches but so far no shots fired.

    And yet you feel the need to prove something....

    I'm not sure why you don't know the process of electing a president. I'm sorry your teachers failed you and the folks at Fox.

    No one here is arguing that Biden isn't LIKELY to be the president come January... if he doesn't die or flee the country...

    The thing is ... is that voters don't directly choose the president.... the electoral college will.
