Some good that leadership did for Watson and Watt. So glad we have two superstars to lead us to a top 10 pick. Oh wait we don't even get that.

Or sign for the MLE with the team of his choice.

Sounds crazy to leave that kinda money on the table but .... as unlikely as it is to happen , it could.

How PHI, NO etc perform in the first few months will be key to the offers the rockets receive.

If the sixers performs well with Joel and Ben, it'll be unlikely that Morey trades either one of them. Same with the other teams. Stone and the rockets are definitely hoping someone stumbles badly.

I also wouldn't rule out Harden being able to secure another huge contract when he is 33.

I mean gordon hayward just got 120 million.

While I agree with you, Harden is older than Hayward

That’s fine but there was no transcendent talent that went in the jrue package, if u want a shitload of average draft picks by all means go to town.
Miami isn’t offering bam Adebayo, klays not being traded and he’s coming off 2 terrible leg injuries? That’s where u want to place your faith? Paired with a point guard in wall whose last game was played in 2017-ok.

again, the jrue deal was done to appease giannis, it’s a horrible overpay in an attempt to keep giannis and if he leaves it’s going to cripple them.

I wouldn't rule it out either.

My point was he isn't limited to teams with cap space - accept for that big money contract. He can pick his destination and build that super team but he'll have to leave money on the table to do it - As a free agent.

There's also the possibility of a sign and trade where he could get his money and choose his destination.

The more that I think about it trade Harden to Clippers a contender with his preferred coach Lue for PG13 and Lou Williams then trade Gordon Tucker since they are unhappy and Detroit’s FRP for Hield
Wall, Hield, PG13 , Cousins, Wood with Lou off the bench

I can report that the Houston Rockets are no longer interested in acquiring Steph Curry

that would be a massive W for the Clippers

Paul George is turning 31 in a couple months and can be a free agent in a year. How confident are u that he’s re-signing here?

James Harden is currently number 3 in career 3pt attempts. (of all time)

    1. Ray Allen 7429
    2. Reggie Miller 6486
    3. James Harden 6394.
    4. Jamal Crawford 6379

    Harden 12.4 3PA at .355 last year.
    Simmons 0.1 3PA at .286 last year.

How you going to be a PG in today's NBA and not shoot threes. o_O

Packing the paint and mid range... late game scenarios, it's a dream for opposing coaches. He's a PG but acting like a big in the 90's / 2000's. He's a career 59% free throw. He's a guard (not shaq).

    Stop asking for Simmons.

This will all blow over and one of these days we'll look back and laugh to one another about this saying "Remember that time James Harden randomly started acting like Royce White?"

Apparently Kawhi also wanted Harden last year before George, i'm sure the Clippers would trade George and the farm for Harden now, and George would actually fit really well with Wall, the problem is, or better, the problems are:

    - that team still won't win ****
    - George is expiring
    - Clippers farm is empty, they have literally nothing of value to offer
