California has been winning for too long,” Musk said at the Wall Street Journal CEO Council summit, repeating an analogy he has used many times before to express his displeasure with California’s regulatory environment. “First of all, Tesla and SpaceX obviously have massive operations in California. Tesla is the last car company still manufacturing cars in California. SpaceX is still the last aerospace company still doing manufacturing in California,” he added. “California used to be the center of aerospace manufacturing! My companies are the last two left. That’s a very important point to make.”

My IPOE and IPOF ones are rising too - so odd given zero news..I mean these things really shouldn't trade too much above $10 - the rest is just FOMO premium...
I don't know how legit the rumor is but I've seen it floated around in the internet that IPOF is a candidate -> SOFI as SOFI announced today that they're looking to go IPO via SPAC.

The Goldman connection makes sense. Will have to pick up some GSAH tmrw just in case! Minor speculation that it could be also Peter Thiel's SPAC, $BTWN, but supposedly that fund is supposed to be SE Asia focused so I'm guessing it won't be that.
