I actually would like the Supreme Court to take up the case and rule on it. That would only help legitimize the election.
Man, this Trump nightmare gets worse and worse. If the GOP would have done their job and IMPEACHED him when he broke the law about asking a foreign government for help - they could have exercised this DEMON already. Instead they hoped that a festering wart like Trump would just go away......NOPE you got to BURN THAT THING OFF !! DD
Ted Cruz has to know that even if the USSC takes up the case there's a very slim chance this case can win..
Biden legit won with at least 300 electoral votes and by 7 million votes so SC legitimized Bush's win over Gore?
The goal isn’t to convince people who already believe the result is legitimate, but rather the people who don’t. A Supreme Court ruling on it would help. There is no downside. The Trump side has no legal case.
if Trump has no legal case why does it have to be taken up by the USSC? So USSC should take up everything which has no legal case now?
the so called Supreme Court is now illegitimate it only take a tweet and then silence from GOPers the court isn’t about to take on a case for political or social instead of legal reason... if it does, what does that said about the court ?
so we have to accomodate these kind of people? no legal case but threatens to rip the country apart? the is no king...
This! He knows dam good and well SCOTUS is not going to take this case, its all about theatrics at this point and to prove his loyalty to the cult, I didn't think it was possible but I just lost more respect for this ahole, how does his family even look at this POS
This is about interpretation of law, not just politics. A large majority of Republican believe that the election results are somehow illegal. They are obviously wrong. An explanation of why they are wrong from the highest court in the land, especially coming from justices that they respect, will help a great deal. On the other hand, an unwillingness to take up the case will be exploited for political reasons.
Yes, they do. How did they we get here? Bogus claims of super fraud, pressuring of elective and non-elective officials to break election laws PLUS silence from Republican in power PLUS support from Republican in power. Interpretation of bogus claims is all in the realm of politic and social behavior, not legal ground. I don't think it will help at all. As I said, it takes one tweet and silence from Republican in power. Trump has already called out his own court appointment as the left or never trumper or something to that effect. You know he would do the same to the Supreme Court Justices and you know his supporters would bite hard on it.
They don’t freaking believe the results are illegal. It’s all just about spewing garbage to the American people and showing Trump that they are with him because for some reason he has their balls in a vice. I’m not buying for one second that most of these A holes believe Trump won. There are a few crazies that believe the rhetoric, but most know.
