This new trailer made me revive my hype for the game. The amount of detail for an open world game is ridiculous. It would do a disservice to the game if you bought the current gen version of this on the consoles. This needs to be played with a pc that has a rtx card.
Ya you probably are going to have to wait after the holiday rush. But something like a rtx 2070 should be able to play the game at 1440p and most setting including ray tracing to high at 60 fps especially with dlss.
Already said in the other thread I'll probably hold off for a while until I can fully digest things. But thinking I might lose just about all interest in the game and devs. Edit: Boo, the videos don't seem to be embedding properly (at least now?). Basically just Kyle Bosman kinda trashing the game via his humor. I'm too lazy to fix the links (assuming I can?), but I can put them in later if anyone cares.
Why they'll get it fixed? Companies shouldn't release buggy games but unfortunately that's the way things are done on modern systems (can't miss the holidays). That's why I'm fine waiting until everything is patched up -- but it is silly that it's kind of the norm for some of these big releases to require giant updates before you can play.
Not talking about the bugs, though that's not a great look either (especially with the delays). Talking about the content. Specifically the transphobic stuff (plus misogynistic and racist?). I assumed it was just a bad social media person, but seems part of the game and studio overall. I guess some of that could be justified (hence why I want time to digest things), but doesn't seem good. Seems like they wanted to be edgy without any real substance behind it (kinda what Kyle was going on about).

I just played Duke Nukem 3D again, and was having a great time blasting away hot naked chicks in random tunnels. “Hail to the king baby!!!”... Also, Witcher 3 is arguably the greatest game ever made. Wonder If I’d like this one.
So I got free Stadia equipment a few weeks ago along with free service for a few months since I subscribe to some of Google's other services. First time gaming in about 13 years. Have only been playing MK11 and Doom Eternal with zero issues. Pretty impressive. I pre-ordered Cyberpunk and we'll supposedly get to play it in a little less than a couple of hours. I have no idea what this game is, but every social media platform that I'm on has this game mentioned daily. Will have to read this thread through to see what I've gotten myself in to. Getting another Stadia Premiere Edition for pre-ordering. Nice.
