Harden wasn't given this roster. He had a big role in creating it.

My body is ready to move on. I liked the cousins and wood signing. John wall looks good and coach silas seems great. Still excited with this season with or without james.

Harden has been on the Rockets way longer than Tilman owned the team. Tilman is shill but you can't blame him for everything.

I'm not the one asserting something that didnt happen.

I'm not the one making up facts that doesn't exist.

    That would be you.

It's like kyrie irving saying the earth is flat and when challenged, says nah do your own homework.

Yea and harden went to 2 conference finals and was up 3-2 vs the champions before tilmen shoved his fat ass in the middle of things. You were in a coma those seasons?

This is just like the Rockets. Harden doesn't show up for practice so they called and told his mom.

Tilman wasn't on the court losing those games though, Harden was. Paying luxury tax for a player or players MDA likely would have never played because of his 7 man ideological belief was the answer apparently. lol Were you in the coma all the seasons Harden and Morey blew before Fer Titts came? He deserves blame but not all. Harden has had a major role in this mad house.

dying at the logic tilmen fans use. "Why pay for players if were not even going to play them?!" "Why didnt harden win 5 championships before tilmen? got you!"

More like you found one of the account of someone who idolizes harden so much it makes cult followers look normal.

The guy is so delusional that he thinks Anthony Davis sat out a season of the nba before going to the lakers.

How about just take what I saw at face value then? He has held back his team he sucks at shooting and has a tendency to make bad decisions on the court. That has held him back and that has held his team back.

Well, if you want to compare Durant's performance to Westbrook, you'll find that Durant usually shows up and Westbrook doesnt. You want to bring up winning records but give credit to Russ for that when in reality Durant is the number one guy. Or Durant's production far outweighs Westbrook's. Russ is not a bad player, he's a hof like you said but at the end of the day Durant didnt stay to play with him. And HE HAS DECLINED SINCE THEN. PG got out of the second round while playing like trash with one year of playing with Kawhi. With Russ even when he played well, the team still got trashed. The constant is that Westbrook gives you suboptimal play in the playoffs that hast been good enough since his MVP season.

But that's not what I said though? You can hold your team back and still be a great player, but a flawed one. And ultimately those flaws really hindered the success of your team. Durant deserves blame that is correct if you want to compare warts and production...its clear who comes out favorably. And this is coming from someone who thinks Durant gets WAAAAAAY more credit than he deserves. Like way more.

Giannis is 25 years old, there is still time for his shot to get better. And that's not the same thing as Westbrook taking too many mid range bricks or threes. Giannis has taken way less than Westbrook for his career.

You and I know its a superstar's league and coaches only have so much say. Allowing it is not the same thing as putting up with it.

The point is he wanst smart enough to realize those shots were dumb and hurt his team. The question was about IQ and decision making. Which Westbrook has always been criticized for.

What? No one is gonna saying anything bad about Westbrook publicly. Russ is a great guy. You see what happens on the court. Either his coaching staff is incompetent or he didnt listen. We have examples of him doing that on OUR OWN TEAM. Im sure Westbrook is great guy and teammate but he has flaws just like everyone else. I dont really care what Kobe's opinion of analytics are, I really dont. Great ball player, but I dont hold the stock that well on his opinion on that. And actually stats(and people who understand them) show him as a pretty efficient player and one of the greats of the game. Not as great as some people think,, but great none the less.

Sigh...analytics doesnt tell you not to take the 2 in clutch situations. Morey has said that before. Chris Paul took a lot mid range here.

I dont even understand what this part is trying to say here.

What going "hey dude, you suck at these shots, maybe dont take them," and Westbrook going "I feel like they are going in." Is that some kind of analytical nerd talk?

It hasnt helped him though? Teams want him to shoot that? Ben Simmons should probably make his shot better but he's young and can improve. But that's sign of a smart player that doesnt take bad shots that would hurt his team.

Who said that? Dude, you really think its not smart for Westbrook not to take dumb shots that he's not good at??? What? You are getting to caught up in like this nerd vs player thing which im not trying to do man.

Im not clowning you period. Im just trying to explain to you my point since I know you are a reasonable person. And I respect you.

Russ isnt good at them, and he doesnt need to take as much he does though? Teams wanted him to shoot that. We didnt even make him stop shooting those. He has other things he's good at. I dont know why its such a crime to tell the guy to control himself more? It's not some big analytics thing to tell dude's to not take shot's they arent good at.

Like, I dont get why saying he played bad, dont take stupid shots, here are numbers that show you its bad, is some stat geek thing? I donno man. I know stats arent everything. Idk why this has to be some analytics stat geek thing. I play ball too(or well used to before covid lol).
