Oh yeah I'm under no illusion that this is a possibility. Super fun playing with the trade machine though haha
https://tradenba.com/trades/N7phkyPyD CHI: Eric Gordon, Danuel House + 2 Rockets FRP HOU: Zach Lavine *Rockets save 2M. *Bulls Sign & Trade Shaq Harrison to Rockets for Chris Clemons, TPE. Wall/Shaq/McLemore Harden/Nwaba Lavine/Brown/Greenlight Tucker/Bruno Wood/Cousins
Rockets play 5 Out, its essentially positionless basketball. Move Harden to SF if that eases your mind.
I was just about to type in a trade similar... Point of order tho: if you trade a player into the TPE, I believe their contract cannot exceed the TPE IIRC (aelliot or bima thug could help clarify with that).... Rockets' largest TPE is #3.595. I could be wrong tho
Its not the offense im worried about. Dude is a bad guard defender, he'll be eaten alive against bigger wings. He'll be hunted out every possesion. Im a big Lavine fan too so in not just poo pooing your idea for the sake of it. If we're gunna get rid of House, there needs to be a quality starting 3/4 coming back.

Bill simmons recently brought up a trade that would get James to Nets. He was saying something like offering Nuggets Eric Gordon and 1st, where as the Nets would send that 1st to Nuggets 2025 for them. Rockets would get 2 Future 1st, 3 2nd round picks. Trade would look like this Rockets IN : Micheal Porter JR. , Will Barton, Garry Harris, Caris Lavert, Taurean Prince, and Jarrett Allen, 21 FRP, 23 FRP, (3) 2021 2RP'S Nuggets IN : Eric Gordon, Spencer Diwiddle, Danuel House JR, 2025 FRP(Via Nets) Nets IN: James Harden, PJ Tucker. I personally like the trade, and rockets would have a pretty good young team, and lots of picks to build the future around. All the incoming contracts are friendly , under (2 year contracts) and you can either let them expire or resign them whatever fits your team. Michael Porter Jr is going to be special in few years down the road, Wall and boogie can be leaders with this team and it can be team that can get to the playoffs and challenge, and rebuild at the same time in 2-5 year span. Its a competive team and you are getting really young, and drafting players in the mix. I would pull the trigger on this. James harden only fans will hate this.

Harden for Zion+Hayes+SalaryFiller(Adams) and two 1st rd picks. We might not make the playoffs but Zion would bring excitement and fun for fans.
Harden for Brown/Smart/Theis and as many FRP’s as Ainge will give us. Boston gets a new big three (Harden/Tatum/Kemba) We get the young star we’re seeking + assets to reset PG Wall/_____ SG Smart/EG SF Brown/House PF Wood/Tucker C Theis/Cousins Then use EG/Tucker/House/draft picks to make your next move (if there’s a move to be made).
I’m thinking ship Harden to the Kings. Get multiple first round picks of course. SAC: Harden HOU: Hield, Bagley, and Bjelica
This is intriguing but would prefer Philly trade more. Rockets do love their 6'6 and under players so a trade with even more of these kind of players coming back may still be viable.
Only if absolutely necessary... HOU - PHI - ORL - IND PHI: Harden (HOU) + PJ Tucker (HOU) + Ross (ORL) + Clemons (HOU) ORL: Harris (PHI) + House (HOU) IND: E. Gordon (HOU) + 2023 PHI FRP + 2025 PHI FRP HOU: Simmons (PHI) + A. Gordon (ORL) + M. Turner (IND) + Milton (PHI) + Thybulle (PHI) + 2021 PHI FRP + 3 PHI SRP Wall - Milton - GGreen Simmons - Thybulle - BMac Gordon - Nwaba - Brown Turner - Dedmon - Tate Wood - Boogie - Caboclo That's a solid team in the West and built for the future. Long, fast, & fun... TWSS But ONLY IF forced...
Now that's what I call a F'ing REBUILD. Myles Turner is a bit of overkill with Wood on the team but what the hell, LFG! Not sure if top 6 but that team will run their ass off, play HIGH above the rim, swat the shyte out of the ball and lock down perimeter of opposing teams. Lakers will surely struggle vs. that size, length and athleticism. Maybe I send Turner to another team for a 3ball killer. FYI - I like Milton but not a fan of his defense.
I suggest to sign I Thomas for backup purpose. Houston gives a lot of chances for those injury players. It just costs a little. If u keep clemons for G league, why dont sign him. If Harden doesn't want to play, I think IT can takes the leadership, he has experiences which is very important. I suggest to look for Kawaii, Curry, Bultter or even Beal for exchange with draft picks, if Harden really dont want to play.
