    There are some women who only date **** men because they know they can't meet the expectations of a good man. Westbrook is like that. He knows he can't meet the expectations of a championship level team so he will never change. In his heart, he knows he can't. He's reminding me of Iverson more and more.

    At least Iverson made it to the NBA finals as the leader of his team. I don't think Westbrook could ever, ever do that.

    To be fair, the Eastern Conference was at its worst during Iverson's days. Everybody knew that the WCF was the real NBA finals.

    At that time Russ was co-captain, there wasn't a clear structure and Durant has deferred to WB sometimes , I remember it vividly.

    IMO one of the reasons the OKC never materialized to ultimate greatness as team because of loose structure/hierarchy.

    The other being in the West with the Warriors and Spurs.
