How do Democrats have any control over what court cases state courts take or don’t take?? FYI SCOTUS justices are assigned to oversee circuits. So they would be the ones to ultimately govern. The most the House could do is impeach a judge, but they couldn’t remove them. Only the Senate can remove. So what are they supposed to do to fight Trumps battles to overthrow an election through the state courts and state electors?? One thing I did recommend though is Pelosi appointing a Special Committee similar to the 9/11 commission to investigate an illegal conspiracy and executive branch corruption scheme to tamper with the election. You then have the most prosecutorial power you are going to get and give the incoming DOJ the independent cover they’d need to prosecute in a few months. That’s about as much as they could do, and it would have zero Republican support which of course is the biggest problem.

I'm watching GA Secretary of State Raffensperger on Meet the Press. When asked if he regrets his vote for Trump he brought up how a governor candidate from 2018 is still claiming the vote was rigged. That's a swipe at Stacey Abrams. This is after Raffesperger gave an impassioned speech about how a people have been threatened by Trump supporters and even as recently as last night Trump said he should be removed. It's just shows how hard it is to get over partisanship.
