I don't know why all star games really matter.... but he has made the All NBA Team in the past.

With Wall it is all going to be about his health and fit............. he is certainly capable of doing a lot of positive things.

Wall made in glass is not better than WB with low ball IQ.

No tear is better than a tear but not all injuries are the same.

There are ruptures, tears and degree of tearing.

It also matters which leg is impacted and the age of the person involved.

Also, people that have a spontaneous tear or rupture are more likely to have another one.

So with Wall, he had a partial tear of his non primary leg......... that is the best type you can have.

Also, he had a tear from bone spurs and not from genetics, so he is less likely to have another one.

It took him so long to recover because of an infection which has cleared up.

He has been practicing and playing for at least 5-6 months.

He was able to play in the bubble but the Wizards decided there was no benefit to doing so.

He has changed his diet and has hardened his body working out..... does it mean he will keep it up? I don't know.

Having said that, this is the healthiest he has been since he was 17-18 years old because his bone spurs have been removed. He has in the past said it impacted his shooting ability.

No one knows what the future holds and it is possible that Wall either gets hurt, never returns to form or just is a poor fit......... however all of the indicators so far have been very positive.

Silas will not play him back to back games to start.

Westbrook had zero market, the Rockets got what they could get.

All nba third team ONCE. But my response is just for OP questioning why people say WB is the better player. When list their stats and accolades it isn’t close. It should be obvious why.

I think those who laughably praise Westbrook simply aren't that good at player evaluation and maybe they are focusing too much on flash and raw stats like points per game. They see Westbrook scored 27/7/8 and assume that means he was awesome....well in Chris Paul's first season here he only put up 18/8/5 but was a million times better than Westbrook was here.

You can't just look at WHAT a player does, you need to see HOW they do it. IMO that's where the Westbrook apologists fail.

I'm not saying WB is not a Beast, he is! I'm just saying I just prefer that he not be on my team, because of the way he plays. As a person, I LOVE him; he's dedicated, a family man and when he left that large tip for the Housekeepers in the Bubble....I was sold on him as a person.

But his style of play, 100 mph, 100% of the time is NOT good all the time......it's like the player who can shoot you in a game but can also shoot you out of a game too! You never know what you're going to get.

Well heck, @Nook. I learned more from that one post about Wall's damn foot than I've learned searching the interwebs and plowing through countless posts here. Thanks!
