Its utterly amusing the reaction you get when you dare suggest Harden play off ball a little bit more.... Not all the time... but just a little bit more.

Remind me how that series went?

This was during a playoff series, against our archrival .... imagine how much it happens during the regular season. I would be far less upset if Harden took the regular season off and played like a combination of himself and Klay Thompson during the playoffs..... or at least against the GSW.....

    Really dude?

Are you just starved for attention?

Is this really a win or lose thing to you?

    SMH.

It's clear you weren't looking for an actual discussion but just playing gotcha.... No reason I can't have fun with it.

Based on our join dates and post count.... You post way more than I do.

You don't even realize you just admitted that the video you posted did not prove what you claimed it did.

    How pathetic.

Can Wall run a 4-on-3 when Harden is doubled?

Not to set my sights low, but after watching Westbrook in this situation, I'd be happy with a player who could do that.

I would trust him to make the right pass in that situation more than I would Westbrook for sure. The big knock on Wall for a lot of his career is that he tried to play like Westbrook which is absolutely awful. He'll need a different approach if he wants to be a successful player....something he's said was his priority the entire time he was out. We'll see if it's true.

No.... the video shows exactly what I spoke of.... and Jalen Rose (who voted Harden for MVP the year of this video) explained it.

I just grew tired of your "gotcha" instead of having an actual discussion.... I thought you were leaving?

Sadly we'll first need to see if Wall will be able to play NBA level basketball after two years then we'll need to see if Wall can be a legit starter.... then we can worry about 4 on 3....

I truly hope I wrong, but I think its going to take some time of which we will be short on.

Man Westbrook still has some of y’all and media fooled into believing he is a productive player with those flashy points, rebounds and assists totals.

Said it before and I will say it again.

Wall is a worthy gamble when the alternative is a known loss in Westbrook.

We know Westbrook is not a winning player and is the exact opposite player you would design to play next to Harden. Nothing more to see.

I will take Boogie and his 15-7 coming off his achilles with the Warriors before he tore his ACL.

I dont know how Wall is going to do, but he's looked great in pickup games. I know that's a long way from playing 82 games plus the playoffs. But it's possible this could workout well. Optimistic view

Pretty sure Wall's presence will prevent a lot of double teams on Harden. With Harden passing out of a DT to Westbrook, all they had to do was rotate to Russ as he drove to the rim. Sure, he's quick, but it's easier to defend if that's your only worry. Harden passing out of a DT to a better facilitator means someone should pay for being out of position.

So, the Wizards will be a worse team than they were last season, right? How bad will they be if there's no major injuries, Westbrook actually made them a worse team then?

I think it's more than the media, when NBA coaches, GMs, and most of the fans all agree that Westbrook is a star player maybe you should wonder what bias you have against the dude. Really, the hate has become irrational from some.

They are both known losses in the context of this season......

When Wall was healthy he could barely get his team into the playoffs in the NBA LEASTern conference, before it became good again.

Interesting, he didn't rupture his achilles. A partial tear because of his bone spur surgery. Was afraid he was going to lose his foot because of infections.

That is great news that he didn't tear it all the way.

Goofy do you think we lost that series because of James Harden haha? Do you think James Harden not moving off ball is why we lost this series? Sheesh man. Make lazy arguments, you get lazy evidence..my fault for trying to engage in this nonsense.

So you have no proof, that defenders by and large do not stick with James Harden when he's off ball LOL. Is that really the hill you want to die on, that teams leave him open multiple times per game haha or that his own help defender is getting back on the play LOL.

I was saying in the near future, after he plays with another ball dominant guard.

He will soon be another disgruntled 40 mil guard on our roster.
