He's not better dude. Hahaha. Bro look at what Cp3 who's way older than him got. Look at how even contending teams didnt want him. Look at how THE HORNETS OR KNICKS DID NOT WANT HIM. My god.....this is a low basketball IQ take if I ever saw one.
Tillman is purposely assembling an injury prone squad so he can save money. Don't be suprised by Harden for Klay Thompson! I'm done!
the only thing that changed was he got his mid range shot back and he got that anytime he wanted in this system
Hopefully he's off the coke. I'll take a wait and see approach to this trade. Let's just appreciate and enjoy Harden for these last two years
Well, my nightmare scenario last year was that Harden demands a trade and we get stuck with Westbrook as the alpha until his contract runs out. At least that won't happen! I do think that the worst-case version of Wall (out for the season) is better than worst-case Westbrook (ball dominant with horrible shooting and turnovers). If Wall is out, we know Harden can carry the team. When Russ is sucking, he torpedoes the whole team, and there is nothing Harden can do to stop it.
But Russ is 100% this season, so he will be playing back to backs now. And it is more than back to backs, Wall has a horrible re-injury history. He admitted himself that he has not been 100% his ENTIRE career. He is not like Russ and Harden who work out and hoop 24/7. His body still does not look much different from when he allegedly abused it in the past. I will root for him if he plays for Rockets, but I'm also hoping he is moved to a 3rd team before that happens.
he obviously hunted the free throw range jumper from the right corner as he lost confidence in the three and agreed with the premise of applying efficient offensive shot taking. No one ever said CP3 wasn’t smart. edit* reflects his inability to get past his man all the way to the cup too
I would definitely be looking to flip Wall if possible due to injury history but if he does look good to start the season and Rockets are playing well, do you roll the dice and see how far the team can get or do you strike while the iron is hot?
Seconded. He wants to win, but the contract he signed wasn't good. Rondo is on the other side with his 2 rings looking comfortable.
A young prospect and a first round pick would've been much better. Much Better! John Wall hasn't played in two years and didn't look that good when he was healthy!
