If he wasn't toxic before, he's toxic as of the start of training camp by "reportedly" not showing up.

Is that how you want the season to start?

I won’t delve to deep into it other than to say the Rockets didn’t have much choice.

Westbrook wasn’t going to report or play, and the market for him was terrible. So the Rockets had to move him.

First, Wall is going to play and he is healthy. He has been playing against guys like Harden and Ariza and Tucker. He has looked very good.

Wall will sit out back to back games this season but will play close to 30 minutes a night.

No one is talking about it, but this is a MASSIVE defensive upgrade. Wall has been an elite defender in the past and the Rockets now can trot out a pretty sturdy defense.

Wall supposedly has shot well this fall, but time will tell. He is at least capable of being a competent 3 point shooter.

Westbrook was a bad fit... like Morey and MDA said he would be.

Yup we just have to wait.

30 is like the deadline age for recovering from a lower body injury.

Looked up Wall’s workout vids. Easily and visibly still has his first step going to his right.

But I wonder about his brakes, explosion off the ground, fluidity overall.

He’ll still get to the rim and create separation, we’ll see to what degree. Hopefully he was smart enough to use PED’s to recover.

The head case scrub wouldn't even show up to camp, they couldn't hide that fact much longer

So, just to be clear, you think he was a negative?

I am glad to get WB out of here. Hopefully John Wall works out, otherwise, whatever. I am still looking forward to the season. I'm glad Harden reported to training camp.

The Rockets are more of a contender right now than 3 hours ago. Westbrook wasn’t going to report and play.

Everybody keeps forgetting CP3 played like ass and his inevitable decline was obvious. Dude wanted to prove a point last year.

Yep, most reports say this is the best Wall has looked in a while and his 3 pt stroke looked really good. Time will tell on this one.

RW wasn't reporting to training camp, let alone suiting up. I don't know why people are saying we should've given it another year.

Great point about the defensive part. Wall was an elite on ball defender just a couple of years ago

    Whoops..didnt read that right.

    2023..well then that's anybody's guess.
Beal could be out and the Wizards enter a 10 year rebuilding plan so we only get 2 2nds.
