I'm all for it. People should do what makes them happy/happier. The only thing I don't quite understand is why the name change? If we've grown beyond assigning genders for people why continue to assign genders to names?

I'll just say this....do what you want to do, but as a parent of a young child (and another coming in two days), this kind of stuff really worries me.

Someone referenced the Rogan episode. It's eye opening. This is kind of a new fad amongst young girls, too. I worry about that. It's very troubling, and for a Hollywood celeb to come out and glorify it really worries me.


I know I'm in the minority, and I know people may be offended by that, but that's a valid opinion.

Like I said, do you, but let's not make a big production out of it. They (wtf is this?) are no different than they were yesterday. Tell your friends, correct people in interviews, whatever you need to do, but I'm not going to celebrate it. I am, however, glad that we live in a society where people feel open to be themselves.
