I hope he didn’t injure the bridge. Nice bridge for a bridge.

What dream is he chasing exactly?

"Momma, some day I'm going to grow up and jump off a bridge."

"Momma, my life goal is to do something really stupid to get people to pay attention to me on the internet."

    Are you F'n kidding me?

I don’t think tinman remembers how many times Michael Kelso fell off the water tower.

i didnt know a jump that high was survivable. ive heard of people jumping off from the road, but never off the top like that. he would have drowned if that boat didnt pick him up. and those idiots cheering him on the video...people are really stupid.

The video is the current world record -- a reasonable estimate of the jump from the arch is 165-175 feet. The arch jumper landed flat on his stomach or back and his jump was an uncoordinated flail -- the WR holder has perfect form and is wearing a helmet with a protective buoyant suit. I'd guess 99/100 arch dude dies on impact.

Oh Ok, the bridge Jumper could have had the WR.

    I get it, now.

No, he was just close to it and to jump from that height requires prep and you should have protective gear (extremely high jumps) and land perfectly. There are pros that do flips off things that high, but I think somewhere around 175' you need some protection to pull it off uninjured.

If you notice he was 180 degrees and slowed down etc before landing in the position he wanted to. Def a lot of prep.
