    I heard some people from the previous Walmart drop managed to still have the console in their carts at the moment it dropped, resulting in the inventory immediately being locked-up. Walmart lowkey released another 2 batches in about a 30 minute span. I knew because of my alerts. I think I could have scored a 2nd PS5 on Walmart last night but didn't try very hard on the 2nd batch. If I do manage to get a 2nd one I'll offer it here at cost. But I'm not exactly trying very hard. I just happen to have everything (outside of a bot) setup to get one.

    Walking into GameStop around 6pm yesterday. 2 guy were already camped out...lol. That particular GS had 2 PS5 and 6 XBX.

    I was trading in my Xbox One S for some Accessories.

    I wish I was a scalper, I'd be making a lot more than 200 bucks after spending 10 hours online over this past month trying to get a system for me and my friend. Got lucky and landed an extra one, might as well try to give my kids a better Christmas with it.

    If you’re profiting $200 you’re a scalper. Not sure why that’s complicated?

    might as well just sell it on eBay for maximum in profits.

    Idk I conflate scalpers with the people who have bots. selling dozens of systems, purchasing with the intent to resell, wasn't the case with me.

    I think there is a fairly large difference in the motives between someone with bots selling dozens/100s of systems, and my situation, but whatever, I’m going to sell it for market value, not going to throw away money, I doubt many of you would either.

    you bought 2. You’re intent on the second one was to resell it. You’re doing it at a nice profit.

    I’m not against it per se.

    Just if I bought two (I didn’t I’m still waiting on delivery hopefully of the PS5 I worked real hard to get for my son) and claimed not to be a scalper I’d sell the second one at cost to a friend of my kids or someone locally.

    if I didn’t want to do that I’d maximize my profits on eBay/equivalent.
