I just said Trump's legal efforts are unlikely.... What about that do you disagree with?

Right...... except it isn't a good point....... just like your "evidence" of rampant voter fraud was false.... or your claims about the COVID wonder drug...

A "good point" would be accepting that Joe Biden won the 2020 election.

Also, while we disagree on this particular point, I do support your right to have two Armenian husbands.

You're funny (and a bit sad) because according to the Presidential Transition Act of 1963, he literally IS President elect.

77,000 votes separated Trump and Hillary when you combine every swing state in 2016.

100+ thousand votes seperate Trump and Biden in just one swing State in Michigan.

2016 was by a significant margin a much closer race where Hillary, if she wanted to, could have acted like a petulant child and spammed law suits about voter supression (closing down polling stations in urban areas, gerrymandering etc). But she didn't.

No, it literally doesn't matter what law you're misinterpreting. Our government has an electoral college as outlined by the Constitution. Whatever you're talking about, you've misread after cherry picking something you have no clue about.

The number of votes aren't the only factor. In fact, it matters very little.

Also yes she could have and if she'd had a case I imagine she would have. I would definitely wait at that point to call Trump president elect. As I am sure you all would too, but yours is more of a bias and hate thing versus mine a respect for our process.

No it isn't respect for the process. When even Trump appointed federal judges are considering these law suits frivolous with no actual evidence besides hearsay, the Trump team is definitely not respecting the process.

This 'Process' is a joke, a shitshow to appease a narcissist and somehow (in his sick mind) to retain influence over the GOP, which he was never really a part of in the first place. It futile and destructive and deserves no respect legally or politically.

Actually the fact that they are Trump appointed shouldn't matter. Also the fact that those lawsuits didn't succeed, doesn't actually mean other suits lack merit since they are different suits. Also, just go with this for a minute.... say you actually have some hard hitting legal points. But you need time to build those cases. In the mean time, go for the long shots. This is just one of a number of reasons for the large scale of these suits. I imagine though a few specific ones will get to the Supreme Court because the compelling ones haven't even gone to trial and are just in their infancy. I mean go ahead and assume Trump and his legal team are just a bunch of bumbling morons and they have no clue. Either way it won't change the fact that legal cases are marching forward and whatever the results are will be so soon.

It's not a sports game where there is a winning and I can't say if they are more or less likely to be successful. There are some cases in various states like PA and MI, but if you want specifics on the court doc I don't have it. I'd have to go on a deeper dive which I might have time for this weekend. If I do, I'll share them with you friend..

It doesn't have to be a sports game analogy to realize when someone goes 1-34 in the courts in a span of 2 weeks, they are spamming frivolous lawsuits especially when you actually read the interactions between the judges and Trump's legal team. There is some comedy gold there.

That isn't how it works. If you have a strong case you do not file a bunch of other cases that have no chance of winning. If you have a strong case, you file a single or possible two cases and you outline the evidence you have. There is discovery as well after a lawsuit is filed that would allow for the discovery of additions evidence.

The problem is that the Trump administration and his lawyers are on a fishing expedition. They called the election fixed without any evidence or basis and assumed they would find some evidence along the way or from supporters. That has not happened at all. What has happened is that Trump's own lawyers when pressured under judicial sanctions have admitted that they are not aware of any evidence of fraud or misconduct. That is why the majority of lawsuits have been dismissed on their face. Even Rudy Giuliani has been forced to admit he has exaggerated. The names he claimed that voted fraudulently were returned as having not voted.

With all of the money, time and attention from the media not a single piece of credible evidence has been produced of voter fraud. Never mind that the claim of the President's attorney is that there was multi state premeditated and planned voter fraud coordinated by democrats to steal the election from Donald Trump.

So, there is as much evidence that the election was stolen from Trump as there is evidence that you are currently in a cuckold relationship with two Armenian men.

Naked and unsubstantiated allegations mean NOTHING in out legal system, and that is why Trump keeps losing..... and soon, if he keeps this up, he and his attorney's will face sanctions.

As at least half a dozen Judges have said, if you think that the courts are going to disenfranchise voters, you have another thing coming....... The Supreme Court with Roberts and Kavanaugh isn't going to play that game.

    From the article you posted

"Biden won Pennsylvania by more than 80,000 votes and his race has already been certified by the state, making it unlikely Wednesday’s order will impact his win. Multiple election law experts predicted Wednesday the order will likely be overturned by a higher court and the GOP plaintiffs’ case will fail."

lol hey you leave Davit and Naret out of this. This meme ya'll started it great. I'm getting to see what homophobes Biden supporters are.

But seriously, I think you just nailed why they are doing it. They totally are fishing. I wonder what they managed to come up with since they started their search? Their case is heating up in PA so we will have to see what happens.

Here, enjoy some of my favorite Armenian folk songs Bigot.

You can't try an election in a newspaper lol. I mean latch on to that. I stand by my statement that Biden is still likely to win.

Also that he isn't the president elect yet, even though you think some 1963 act proves that the electoral college isn't a thing. Enjoy that alternate reality.

So... you reference an article and say it can get "ugly real quick". I post an excerpt from the exact same article and you say "you can't try an election in a newspaper".

    Bless your heart.
