    https://tradenba.com/trade-machine

    NYK: Russ Westbrook, Ben McLemore
ORL: Myles Turner, Kevin Knox, Dennis Smith, Doug McDermott
IND: Markelle Fultz, Julius Randle, Eric Gordon + Rockets FRP
HOU: Victor Oladipo, Aaron Gordon, Mo Bamba, Frank Ntilikina + Knicks SRP

This trade clears 9M cap room for Rockets freeing up MLE and BAE.

Sign Aron Baynes for full MLE.

    6'5 Harden/6'4 Ntilikina
    6'4 Oladipo/6'5 Nwaba
    6'8 AG/6'6 House
    6'10 Wood/6'5 Tucker
    6'10 Baynes/7'0 Bamba

This is a team that can compete offensively AND defensively with the best in the West.

Athleticism, length, physicality, defense and 3ball are off the charts better at every position.

As soon as one of the young guns develops, then he can be flipped.

Or one of the vet mins like Broekhoff can take his spot.

But yes, he is on great contract.

No he doesn't have to go, he is a quality NBA player that made a mistake in a bizzare year.

Shoulda never traded for him, so many cheaper alternatives who are much smarter players we could have turned too

If we trade Russ for John Wall, that is the nail in the coffin on Harden leaving, do not want to do that.

    LOL These reporters...

SAS: “Harden has a 50/50 chance of ending up in Brooklyn!”

“Now, Rockets insider Kelly Iko is saying a potential Westbrook for John Wall swap could happen. “Honestly, I’d give it a 50-50 chance,” Iko said.”

It may or may not happen!

I still don't want Wall for the same reason.
While getting him and attractive assets is nice in theory, I'm convinced he'll never play more than 40-45% of any season. And, I certainly don't want another 40/yr contract with that kind of downside risk. It doesn't matter if they add the moon. NO!

This is a terrible move as a straight up trade. Russ is better period but if you can get a pick and the young Japanese kid who has a lot of potential sure

Yeah no chance pink pants! Westbrook healthy vs. unhealthy Wall. Don’t care about a pick. Give me the guy that can play.

The scary part about Iko's remarks in the Athletic is there isn't any mention of picks or assets going the Rockets way. Also to be clear this his opinion, he's not reporting anything new.

Still him guessing there is a 50% chance of it happening is significant, despite there being only two outcomes. Rockets may or may not trade Harden for the Nets pu pu plater has two outcomes... but you better hope both doesn't have an equal probability of happening.
