35-39 wins, assuming Harden will be here a portion of season, and WB the whole season with whatever Harden gets us.

2nd unit and 3rd stringers would comprise undrafted and unsullied.

If he is playing focused and not deliberately slacking to push a trade, I wouldn’t expect us to be below .500. Also, only 72 games this season.

Right, it's not below .500, it's between 55%-60% because, as you mentioned, its a 72 game season. 40-44 wins is like 46-50 wins in a regular season, which is about where I see this team as it stands. We lost Roco, Rivers, and Jeff Green, and we got Christian Wood. We still have some big gaps in the roster that are unfilled and don't really have any great options to replace them. On top of that we have a rookie head coach. I know everyone is excited about Silas, and I am too, but I think it's highly unlikely he's going to be a better regular season head coach in his first year than MDA. We all had our problems with MDA, but they were pretty much all playoff related. If you're just looking at coaches that produce the most regular season wins, I don't think there are too many better than MDA. Last year our team finished at 61% win, which was on pace for exactly 50 wins through regular 82 game season. I think for the reasons above, our team this year will be a little bit worse, assuming we don't see any other big moves.

I actually didn’t do the (very) obvious math and was thinking that was the record you were predicting, not the wins. So yah, still above 500.

I'm going to go with 32 wins.

36 wins is .500 ball. I think we play slightly worst than .500 ball this year with a rookie coach, an unhappy unmotivated Harden, a gimpy John Wall and a disastrous locker room. When your two leaders(Harden and PJ) dont wanna play ball, its impossible for the team to be good.

Over 55 with Jonh Wall, Cousins and Clemons leading the way.
