Nahhhhh....There’s no rumor - he heard a Bogdan trade idea (probably in here) and tweeted to stir the pot. no way in hell they take on EGs contract
Is bog any good defensively ? say what you will about Eric and his streakiness on offense , but he’s a very solid defender and is important for us given that Russ and James both are better at guarding bigger players than they are smaller guards . despite not having a big last year and that being an issue with our D, it’s still a guards league and we need a quick guy or two that can stay in front of other 1’s and 2’s . Batum isn’t as good as brogdan , but he can prolly give you 80 percent for way cheaper . we need another pat bev find . I have no idea who that guy is
Bogdanovic would be a huge upgrade over Gordon. Gordon has mostly been crap for us. Bogdanovic brings height and better 3 point shooting...yes long shot but would be an incredible upgrade Btw Im talking about Bojan not Bogdan..not sure which one he meant Edit: its Bogdan..younger but his D isnt better than Gordon..dunno
EGs deal is not that bad. If I remember correctly, the last year only has a partial guarantee. If Kings are going to lose Bogdan anyways, it would be wise for them to pick up a couple of draft picks. EG had a decent showing in the playoffs (at least better than the regular season) plus he is another veteran that can help with that group. I still find it tough to find the right taker, but EG would be a decent fit with the Kings. Last season they were finally competing for a playoff spot and if they lose Bogdan to FA, then they are bound to take a step back. EG plus a 1st for Bogdan is decent deal.
I'm a big Craig fan. His hustle is contagious. There is a decent chance he can develop a corner three shot. I would love to bring him to the Rockets. I am hoping Stone is looking into it.
Remind Bogdon's agent that there is no state income tax in Texas (he would be going from one of the highest in CA to none in TX) Also... free Landry's gift certificates.... IJS
Eh, I get that EG is 3-4 years older than Bogdan, but EG has been good in our defensive scheme and is every bit as good a shooter (last year was an aberration). I don't know that bringing in a bad defensive SG is even an upgrade this year (maybe a wash), but it's definitely not worth giving up a 1st. Either the team is going to try to keep Harden and compete, in which case we should be worried about who's the better player in 2021 (not caring about age or contract), or the team is rebuilding, in which case you shouldn't be trading away valuable first round picks.
Hawks submitted an offer sheet on Bogdan but I haven't read that he signed it. Hmm, this will speed things up a bit.
Brabra gets half his ideas off this board folks stop believing this clearly a fraudulent loser who still lives with his mommy
