It'd be especially unfortunate if the douche in the vest got sick. Short sleeves and "Wall Street" vest, lulz.
Today in Michigan, breaking news is...: "GOP in Michigan & RNC seek to delay election certification for 2 weeks, seeking audit of Wayne County votes"
If the count is off by a few hundred and you want to redo that in time before the certification date, sure, as long as it's done with the proper procedure. If you're using the few hundred off-count (which seems to be in line with other years and other counties) as an excuse to nullify 90,000 votes, then that would be BS. I'm all for taking everything courts and then forever using the factual court records as evidence of conspiracy theorists lying and manipulating their supporters.
But @dachuda86 says there is no such thing as a president elect until the electoral college submits their vote. How is he so much smarter than the vast majority of people? Must be spending too much time with his Armenian roommates on that queen sized bed.
If not fired, then assigned to clean toilets at the General Services Headquarters Building. That should keep her busy.
I actually believe he is correct. But Joe Biden is the Presumptive President Elect now. And in the complex system of governance we have that means you have assume a New Administration and act accordingly in the interest of The People. I mean, there is a non-zero chance it will be a President Harris administration.
He's not. In 1963 a law was passed designating the apparent winner as President Elect and starting the transition process. Biden is clearly the "apparent" winner. https://presidentialtransition.org/publications/presidential-transition-act-summary/
Thank you for the edification, I did not know that. Six months before an election, the President must establish a White House Transition Coordinating Council, chaired by a senior employee of the Executive Office We all know that didn't happen. What's the remedy? Could Congress hold Emily W. Murphy in contempt? Following a contempt citation, the presiding officer of the chamber is instructed to refer the matter to the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia;[20] according to the law it is the duty of the U.S. Attorney to refer the matter to a grand jury for action. The criminal offense of contempt of Congress sets the penalty at not less than one month nor more than twelve months in jail and a fine of not more than $100,000 or less than $100. Damn, Billy Barr strikes again.
That sure sounds like a fact. We all know that facts have a liberal if not socialistic bias. Thus, it is no surprise that Trump will not abide this socialism.
This is what dems get for nice guy syndrome. You counter sue and become relentless. At the end of the days it’s about results.trump is corrupt but at least he’s doing his part for his goal
Just delay tactic to stick it to the President elect team and make the transition as tough as possible. They ruining the country but that's the plan of that big obstructionist.
