The incoming cabinet and administration will basically be starting over, from scratch. Perhaps all for the best seeing how incompetent and corrupt their predecessors were, but... all having to do so since the previous president and his republican enablers were butthurt over getting beat in the election.
With no actual evidence and numerous lost court challenges, trump and his republican enablers admit what their end goal is... to overturn the election where over 6 million more Americans voted for the other candidate.
In his desperation to keep the office that almost 80 million Americans voted for the other candidate (and where he lost by over 6 million votes), trump makes up yet another fake excuse... all the while the republican run state is about to announce their certification of the votes and the opponents victory...
We are now living in our worst nightmare scenario: a dejected idiot in the white house in a lame duck period, a national crisis that threatens millions of lives and the partisan rank and file in the Congress (mostly the senate) with their own agenda to attend to. I am not sure we have been this close to the brink: even the cuban-missle crisis, at least there we had a united front. Here I'm not sure what the end game is at this point but two months of dying and nothing being done about it.
Yet another impeachable offense. You can't ****ing do this, you need to be prosecuted over this ****.
Since trump has failed in the courts... he now has broken the law in his effort to keep hold of the office of the presidency... and republicans continue to enable him...
This is all a PR stunt. He want's maintain the self-image that he is a fighter, the last vestige of a narcissism. The outnumbered hero that goes down with a furious battle, not giving a **** about the costs to the American people. Narcissistic rage as predicted 250 pages ago.
Pennsylvania will certify its election in 4 days on Nov. 23. Time is running out on Trump's attempt to scam the voters. Tic toc, tic toc...
Without knowing what exactly he said to them on the call, I don't think there would be a legal case here. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
There was this story about a fake famous artwork that Trump has in his building. Nothing unusual about that. When a reporter causally asks him about it, he refuses to acknowledge it's a fake. He couldn't accept that he doesn't have the real version of it. I hope I'm very right here. This is nothing more than Trump saving his image for his next chapter in his miserable live of a phony character. Of course, the problem is our democracy just died a bit more.
