    on the one hand they made the playoffs a few years ago. On the other hand they’ve only made it twice in the last 12 years.

    Rich people like to own things to brag to other rich people that they own those things. Owning a sports team is a cool thing a rich person does. It's why he's plastered his name and face everywhere possible on the team. It's just a brag and swag move for him. Nothing more than that.

    You can pencil in the top 7 teams in the east with all their cores for the foreseeable future. So yeah not exactly much hope for det with what they have. I should say don’t have lol

    We “bought” a second round pick for $4.6 MM. you can only spend $6 MM in each NBA season. We are spending money from the 2019-20 season to cover Ariza’s contract. We can’t send that money in the actual Ariza trade because that can only be completed in the 2020-21 season (after the draft).
