CP3 without question. Hammy doesn’t break they each have a ring.

CP3 is the obvious vote. But I felt Dwight could be better if only he could control his ego, like he had been doing in LA in the past season.

Best teammate? Jeremy Lin. He's such a great teammate and role model. So willing to sacrifice and give his all. Just a the best.

Edit: Oh you said talented? CP3

Yes dwight howards last season with the rockets ended terribly and his subsequent years have been joke. But 2013 howard was a beast and the correct answer.

Dude was 2nd team all nba. All star, a beast on defense, 60% TS and the best rockets player by far in the playoffs.

It's Trevor Ariza and y'all know it

He has two WCF appearances with Harden.

You can say everything fell apart without him

3 time Rocket Trevor Ariza. Had to put up with his ego the longest.

This is the correct answer. He was the perfect compliment to Harden during that season especially since he was still a solid defender. It is a shame CP3's hammy went out when it did. He was playing like a beast and was the Robin to Harden during that playoff run. His mental toughness and swag was finally on full display and then bam season/series over after that. Was very disappointed how he played the following year and not really sure why he struggled so much his last season in Houston although he did show up in the playoffs again if I remember correctly. Just couldn't really dribble or make decisions very well like he used to and was a little more hesitant to shoot for some reason. Not sure if he was favoring that hamstring all season or what.

Trading him was valid at the time since he appeared to be fading mentally but I would have banked on him having a bounce back year since mental side of his game was always his strong suit. Unfortunately Tilman and Harden disagreed and the rest is history. Now we are stuck with Russ with very little draft picks to improve the team.

Its CP3 and tells you how lesser the talent has been around Harden.

The real question is the 3rd best player he has had on any one team, the drop-off between the top 2 has been significant.

Best overall teammate to be a HR is obviously Chris Paul. Best season by a teammate is still probably Chris Paul's first season due to team success but I think Eric Gordon's first season here deserves mention, when he won 6th man and 3pt champ.
