He's over-leveraged to hell and has no intention of ever spending to fund a winner. Why would you plant someone like that as an owner in the 4th largest city in the US?? **** the entire Fertitta family and **** Adam Silver for unleashing this massive turd all over Houston.

he got into it for the wrong reason. Sports teams are profitable when you sell them, but they don’t necessarily make a profit year-to-year. You manage them like an asset that requires you to sink money into it. It’s a very reliable profit on the back end.
