I'm glad to see Raffensperger standing up for electoral norms but this again shows how fragile our system is. And again seeing Lindsey Graham debase himself for Trump is while it was always a long shot that Trump would succeed in his court challenges and convincing legislatures to put in electors that support him show why there is reason to worry.

If I was a lawyer working for Trump I would be worried about getting disbarred and whether I will get paid..
These people are willing to burn things down. This is isn't just calling into question US democracy but democracy all around the World. It's exactly what Putin, Xi and other authoritarians who have been criticizing democratic movements want to see.
Remember, it's our institutions that make these kind of assholes possible and powerful. Guys like Graham and Mcconnell can rape, pillage and plunder their states and the country but the construction of the Senate insulates them from any consequences.
The real problem is the idiots that keep voting for them. The way to fix the system is to reduce the level of ignorance. If we dont, eventually we will have our own hitler.
