Lol yea kd was in support and kyrie was In support The rest were not, because they dontwant to be traded to a team where they will not be good
the nets are trying to act like they arent intrested so they won’t give up the farm lol. Harden is a top 3 player in the league, and Tillman’s best asset he won’t come cheap for ANYONE
yeah Yup simmons has actual iq. He's a really good defender as well. Put shooting a round him and let him flourish
I feel like the Hornets should just keep the 3rd pick. There's literally no reason why you'd want to take Westbrook in at the expense of giving up such a high pick. Westbrook isn't going to make your team better. And if you're doing this as a way to excite the fan base, I feel like I'd rather see a high pick play, than Russell. Even though he was an MVP.
If that doesn’t tell you Harden wants out then nothing will then. He is initiating talks with the Nets
Levert has a chance to be a very good role player in the NBA after having multiple career threatening injuries and thats about it. That's a pitiful package. Allen is the best piece coming back and I bet we could get him straight up for House.
That is a trash package? LeVert all star infront of who in the west? Tillman need to swallow his pride and talk with Morey over a package for Simmons
Westbrook could get them the 7th or 8th seed, and for a franchise that’s been in the playoffs just 3 times since 2004, I could see why they’d want him I don’t think the 3rd pick is even on the table for Westbrook tho
We have the leverage if this goes down but I don't think it will. Nobody knows if KD will get hurt again or what. They need Harden as a sure fire back up in case KD is a fluke. Not even Kobe played after that injury. We don't need their junk.
Right now nobody, but you're looking 3-5 years into the future and hoping Silas can help him grow his game. The potential is there with everyone in this package.
If Westbrook was like 25 and on this albatross of a contract, then I could see a scenario in which the Hornets would gamble. But to take in a 32 year old PG who can't shoot and relies on athleticism with the main intention to make the playoffs just to get blown out by Giannis and the Bucks or KD/Kyrie and the Nets (or Lowry and the Raptors) is just...bad. I'm all for swindling the Hornets out of their goods, but I don't think they'd be stupid enough to do this.
Anyone else think this is a message to Morey in PHI to put Simmons on the table? Morey is known to lowball and lowball until its close to the deadline. I bet Morey initial offer was Tobias and Matisse
Imagine if we reach a point where we literally have to hope Morey swops in in order to not get a trash package back from other teams...
meh...he’s a Capela type Allen is just ok...I’d like him a lot more if he was playing next to Harden, but he won’t be Levert is the only player who’s even a little bit interesting, but he’s 26, always injured, and his potential is borderline EC All-Star caliber at best IMO...in the West, he’d have no chance to be an All-Star...his ceiling is being around top 30 in the Jrue Holiday, CJ McCollum range
Tobias Harris right now is probably the worst contract in the league so i doubt that even Morey would have the guts to offer that, then again who knows lol.
i kind of at this point, don’t want to appease Harden. Trade his ass to the Heat or Philly. **** that Brooklyn trade. Don’t want Levert, Allen, or Dinwiddie.
